Store is spotless and pristine every time I come here. Cassy is who helped me, she was so personable and sweet. She is amazing and as someone who used to do the hiring for another company, she would be someone I would hire in a heartbeat. Both times I have been to this location I was helped by awesome employees. I don’t know the name of the guy that served me the last time I went in, but he was amazing too. This is going to be the Subway I go to anytime I want Subway.

Got the special cold cut wich has ham,salami, and boloni and the girl with dark hair was nice but she only put boloni on my sub and it tasted really bad, i had to remove the meat to eat just the bread, and i told the girl with the blonde hair i think she was the manager and she told me just to not get that type of sub again, that if i didnt like it then too bad…….wow….im not eating here ever again….

The cashier was super sweet , the shift lead working with her… completely rude to customers and her team member as well . It was obvious cashier was still learning the system , lead comes to her and asks her in a very rude tone “What are you doing ? Very frustrated of course , she then Rolled her eyes at her then said “You need to ask for help” (mind you this was happening in front of 4 people) clearly she was in a bad mood and making everyone else around her uncomfortable. That is no way to treat your employees, it is humiliating especially if you’re still learning!! Her customer service was just a tad worse ♀️ Do Better Leaders !!

I went on 2/23/24 the worst service I have experienced. The two girls had the deer in the headlight look I am not sure what they were on. The store was not busy. I had to repeat things twice after they repeated it back to me. Meaning not busy one other customer in the store. Also my order was for one sandwich. I have been at this store before never had this happen.

I’ve been in twice this week and both times the lettuce is a light brown color, asked the young lady If they had anything that was fresh she said it all comes in boxes so I guess that was a no.
Note to owner need to fix this problem because Firehouse is on my way also.

Food is great but customer service is horrible. I ordered for delivery and didn’t receive an item. I kept calling back to see about a resolution but they kept picking up just to hang up. If you don’t want to do your job properly then go somewhere else. Horrible customer service. Should have a way to get a refund on the app because useless workers do not do their jobs. Why want an increase of wages when people can’t do their job right.

We ordered our usual: 2 foot-long tuna subs to go with lots of fresh veggies, provolone, black olives and giardinera. Friendly guys prepared them quickly. They were a great dinner this evening and will be good for lunch tomorrow. We always feel good after eating Subway subs.
