Amazing service and the food is delicious. They are very welcoming and a friendly environment. First time here and I ordered the pork bàhn MI and added their raspberry chipotle sauce. The bàhn mi is probably almost double the size of a regular one. Food is so good I had to leave a review will most definitely be a returning customer.

Today I picked up pho, for lunch, from Ava’s Bistro. In my opinion the pho broth is 4/5 and the meat 5/5. I was hoping for a bolder broth taste. The brisket was fresh, soft and delicious. The chicken spring rolls are a 4/5. They lacked a bit of taste. I will eat at the restaurant for comparison.

Had lunch at Ava’s today, everything was delicious. We had chicken wings first, they were so good. Perfectly crispy and the spices were perfect, loved the curry especially. We added pork to the shrimp spring rolls and they were huge. The portions are definitely generous. We then had a Bahn mi with pork. It was very big and the meat was very tender and delicious again. We also had an order of the fried bananas, which we treated as a dessert. Well worth it to order these.The owners are very welcoming and stopped to talk to all the guests while we were there. We will be back very soon and highly recommend this place!

I would have to say, hands down, Phoʻ should be taken off the menu until they learned how to not only how to make the broth but also what it is served with. NEVER have I ordered a combination Phoʻ and the combined ingredients were brisket and chicken. There was no flavor to the broth, very little cilantro, hardly any bean sprouts and NO basil or lime. Basil isn’t even an option since it’s not served in this version of “Phoʻ”. I ordered a combination fried rice which was cooked with burt oil and spring rolls that were served with a peanut sauce that had very few peanuts in it which might explain the grayish white color of the sauce. The best part of the entire meal was the ice inside of my drink.

Do yourself a favor and go here!! We got the grilled tofu bahn mi (AMAZING!), Crab Rangoon ( ), and the veggie egg rolls to go. All were incredible! Forgot to take pics before we dug in. The service was impeccable, you feel like family you walk in and the food was so good. The bahn mi will feed me for a couple days and the crab rangoon was so flavorful you don’t even need sauce with it. Will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to try the pho next time.

The Bahn Mi sandwiches are amazing. The baguette is wonderfully crisp and light and I’ve tried the pork and lemongrass beef options which were both delicious (the option to add the fried egg is recommended as well!). The Pho has great flavor, and the portions are huge for the price.
Service and atmosphere is super friendly, and you’ll find a lot of regulars at the bar in the evenings. The owners really go out of their way to make it a great experience. Will be coming back here often during my stay in Kemah.

My family gets takeout from here on a regular basis – usually the spring rolls and occasionally the shrimp fried rice. Both are very good and the owners, Mr Ken and his wife, are very nice.

I’ve ate at a lot of places who sell pho and I have to say this bistro is one of the best . The staff are welcoming and treat you warmly . Sitting down for only an hour and you can tell the connections they have with their regulars it makes you feel so at home . Everyone is attentive and their bar selection is nice as well. I won’t go to any other place in seabrook for pho again.
