Anne is a Rockstar!! Incase there are multiple Annes, she is tall, middle age with blondeish hair. Stopped in on a Sunday 2/22/26 and had Wonderful service. I bought the $5 Big Deal that comes with my choice of hot coffee or iced coffee. Well I proceeded to start to fill up my iced coffee cup and the self serve machine was empty. I informed a person behind the food counter and with in 2 minutes new boxes of iced coffee mix was being replenished. An employee named Anne wasted no time with refilling the machines and even got a battle wound from working so quickly. She apparently knocked her forearm/elbow and it even left a mark. All this while continuing to maintain a smile and helpful attitude. Great service today!!

I was looking forward to the blueberry cream croissant prepackaged. I was so mad when I opened it. Went back 2 months later and hoped I don’t end up with most of the filling gone…and up it was basically empty. This company and no fault to wawa, but the suck. This is a good wawa. Just don’t buy prepackaged..they have awesome chicken tenders and fries

2nd shift is terrible. Always get my sandwich wrong from putting onions instead of lettuce one time, pepper put on when not added, and the staff for 2nd shift has attitude amd could seem to care less about customers. If you are ordering doordash your order will take for ever and you can tell they don’t even try to get it right. But late night and mornings I never have issue.

I go to a lot of Wawa’s because I travel a lot and this is One of the worst. I ordered breakfast here one time and the lady was sick as a dog sneezing into a napkin holding it in her hand while she was making my sandwich. Often in the morning they have no coffee whatsoever All the coffees have the out of service tag hung on them and the ones that don’t are completely empty so you just walk in and walk out. If there’s a certain breakfast sandwich you want that’s supposed to be in the pre-made box at the counter you can forget about it. There’s a guy that works here that drives a Mercedes and he parks in the first space so all their employees park around the doors and the customers are left to park wherever they can fit. I rarely leave a bad review but I’m sorry I got to do it here they have a picture of a manager on the wall and I’ve never even seen her in person before seems like maybe she needs to come to work and work the morning shift to see what it’s like out there. I would skip this place and go to the BP right down the street, The gas is expensive but they have good food and always have hot coffee.

Even though this location is nearest my home, I always visit a further location which has a Tesla charger. Today I just wanted one of the smoothies and didn’t need to charge, so I came to the Dunkirk location.
I ordered at 8:46pm and arrived at the store a couple minutes later and entered my spot number (56). I waited over 30 minutes and my smoothie never arrived. Since there were only about 5 customers at a time in the store, I assumed my order got lost. So I placed a second curbside order at 9:16pm. Finally, at 9:21pm, my first order arrived. It was quite melted and the entire outside of the cup was wet (evidence that it had been siting inside for a while). I decided to wait for my second order. The estimated curbside delivery for my second smoothie was 9:30pm. I wait and waited. I finally gave up at 10:16pm. So the first order (#610) arrived 35 minutes after ordering and my second order (#680) never arrived after waiting 1 hour. Of course the first order was unsatisfactory due to how melted it was by the time I received it.
I could see a bump bar at the front cashier’s counter and a short elderly lady kept bumping them off the screen whenever they went red. Maybe she wasn’t trained that she needs to bring the order to the customer who is waiting curbside when doing that? If you don’t want to offer curbside, that’s fine. But allowing customers to order curbside and just never bring them their order? That’s not acceptable. I can understand if it happened once; mistakes happen. But as you can see, it wasn’t just a fluke.
I have never had such a poor experience at Wawa which is what led me to share my feedback.

I usually love this Wawa but today I was disappointed I never get bad food from there but I ordered the fries for the first time with some other but they gave me HOURS old fries, dry not even a little warm, overcooked, inedible fries and of course I didn’t notice until after I left but that was very disappointing I feel like there was some laziness behind that. I still love Wawa but very disappointing in that.

Wawa’s not bad, but there’s always a line, no rewards cards available to sign up, downloaded the app and it’s broken, unable to create new account and Google is notifying my that the app security is unsafe and has been removed from auto-authentication for security purposes. Trying to create a new account manually is also broken, step 2 of 3 there is no continue button.

Will never go to this location ever again. Staff and manger are very unprofessional and have ZERO customer service whatsoever. Went to get gas and all the pumps were down (unbeknownst to me). I go in and pay with my card and try to pump with no luck. Go back in and tell the cashier and then she remembers pumps are down and can’t refund me for 2 days bc I paid with my card. Asked to speak to the manager and she couldn’t have cared any less about my issue either. Didn’t even offer any type of assistance or anything for the inconvenience. She just shrugs it off. Proceeded to tell her they need to not accept payments for gas knowing the pumps were down and to put signs up, bags on the pump handles, cones out, anything really so people don’t keep having the same issue but again she couldn’t have cared any less. This location as gone downhill tremendously. Highly recommend you don’t go here for anything. Will be sticking with BP when I’m in the area from now on.
