First of all. The atmosphere change as soon as my friend and I walked in the door. Mined you. We are an interracial friendship. Secondly. I ordered a foot long sandwich. And tried to build the sandwich the way I wanted. And he refused. As if I didn’t have the money to pay for it. I have never been treated that way. In My Life. And I will never be back to this Subway again. I’m glad that this is the way they allow their staff to treat people.

Recently went by to pick up some lunch… watched the girl finish my transaction, never removed her gloves, and went right to making someone else’s sandwich.
Thought I had witnessed that before on a few other visits, but this time I was certain as I watched her walk away from the window. I should have said something & made them remake the sandwich, but I was tight on time. She also seemed like this was the last thing she wanted to be doing…. will definitely be a looooooong while before I ever go back to this establishment. Very disgusted as I worked in food & beverage for 20 years. Most unsanitary thing you can do. Please do better!

Update:. The owner contacted me to apologize and they refunded my money. Hopefully it can be used for new employee training on dealing with customer complaints…..

We’ve ordered many times here and most the time it’s great and people are friendly. This time my sandwich was unwrapped in the bag everything loose inside there The bread was soggy. When I called to let them know they said they would remake it and I would have to drive back and get it. I said that wasn’t really an option and she said well what would you like me to do. I said well I would like to be refunded. She said she couldn’t do that but her manager could and I said then I would like your manager to do that and she said okay and hung up on me. When I called back she said ma’am I’m going to have my manager refund your card. I said but you hung up on me. She said well you were rude. I said I wasn’t rude I was just stating that I would like your manager to refund my card. I said you were rude for hanging up on me. She said yeah okay. We shall see if a manager calls me I told her I wanted a manager to call me. Really disappointed because I liked the subway.

After ownership change this year, this Subway quickly went from in my opinion the best Subway I have EVER been to, to the worst. Its honestly impressive how quickly the decline was. The waits are now long and my sandwich has been wrong the past 7 times!!!!!! The last two times was after i sent the first sandwich back and they gave me the wrong one again!!!! You guys have to do better as a whole group. This is just unacceptable. And I would be embarrassed as an Owner it this was my shop.

Went in at 8:30 am. I was the only customer. The place smelled awesome. The fresh aromas was the first thing that I noticed walking in. The counter tech was friendly and built my sandwich to perfection. Good fresh food, fast at a reasonable price. The location is very near the airport making it convenient to get road food for a trip. Easy in easy out, they even have a drive through.

Order was wrong. Called to get it fixed no answer. Call next day, the manager was rude and said I lied about my food and me calling and no one answering. Said I could call next day and speak with Mary, she would be in at 7 am. I call twice after 7 am, NO ANSWER! I’m done eating there! I refuse to spend money at a place that refuses to fix their mistakes. This was a waste of money and my dinner! The staff was rude and VERY UNACCOMMODATING! Thieves!!!! I would give zero stars to this location but its not an option!

They made my sandwich something entirely something else than what I ordered. I’ve never had that in my 30+ years of going to Subway. That’s pretty good odds,except it was my dinner that night,AND my snack on breaks!!( I worked a 12 hours shift with no other way to to get food that night) The cookies were absolutely “amazing” especially the macadamia cranberry nut,with white chocolate…ok,so I had originally given a 2 stars because of this catastrophic mishap on my belly that night,I however changed my mind AND adjusted,changed it to 3 stars because of the amazingly,amazing macadamia cranberry nut,with white chocolate,AND the fact-30+ years of service and the one mistake. I can overlook it…
