Stopped by here for some dinner and loved what I got. I tried their bistec platter and loved that too. A small place and worth the try. The server was super nice and even though there was a bit of a language barrier I was able to get what I wanted.

This is auntentic Mexican food,this place is not a fast food place, it takes time to get your food done because it is made once you order, be patience and you wont be disappointed,the food is excellent! tortillas are handmade,food is full of flavor everything is clean, it’s a gem hidden in this area, I don’t live in Calumet City but this may be my favorite place.

Food is homemade, especially the corn tortillas made so soft and fresh. I love cheese, so I order a quesabirria which was real good and the cheeses taste great on it. Its a hidden gem for calumet city. Try it out better then most places out here.

My husband and I had a taste for handmade corn tortillas. We googled it and this place came up with good ratings. They didnt disappoint. The food was AMAZING!!! I had the pechugas rellanas dish! The chile poblano cream on the chicken is delish!! My husband had 1 huge gordita of beans and cheese. The masa was well seasoned, thats a huge plus for me. Then he also ordered a quesadilla de flor de calabaza, this was so tasty and had a spicy kick to it. Def worth ordering again. Then as his main dish he had chilaquiles de mole. The mole is not overly sweet, and he asked for cecina as well. It was all cook to perfection. This place is a true gem in Calumet City! Will be one of my fav eats whenever im in this area!

I had a delicious steak quesadilla here with the absolute TASTIEST corn tortilla I’ve ever had. The food was made insanely quickly too. Will definitely be coming back.

What a amazing place…if I could give this place 10 star’s I would the food here is wonderful and the staff was so friendly.. we drove from Detroit to check this restaurant out. Don’t be fooled by the white exterior it’s some of the best authentic Mexican food around.. thanks for treating us out of town people so nice…
