Livingston is phenomenal! He has a contagious energy that instantly puts you in a great mood! The food is always correct even when I ask for some complicated substitutions he always makes sure it’s made right. No matter how much he makes Livingston does not get paid enough, he is the only reason we still go to this taco bell! The service when Livingston is working is night and day when compared to the service when he is not there.

Livingston ALWAYS makes this location the absolute best. Just by hearing his positivity, energy, and overall personality, even just over an intercom, I know I’m in for a great experience. I’ve rarely ever had a problem with this location and if I have, I’ve been more compensated to the next level.

A polite young man brought out our drink cups, & a thoughtful young girl delivered our tray since we have difficulties walking.
A fowl-mouthed young man working in the back told employees of his experience at a strip club. He was so loud we could hear awkward details in the dining room. I felt sorry for the female employee while the guys all laughed. Sexual harassment! Manager told my husband he can’t control employees’ freedom of speech but he would address it. The time to address it had passed. Stop the public fowl speech or fire him!

We were disgusted during our visit around 4:50pm on Dec 8, 2025. As we were dining in the dining area a male employee very loudly with great detail related apparently a recent escapade with a stripper. He left very little to one’s imagination as he loudly related his experience in vulgar and explicit terms heard throughout the restaurant. I was embarrassed listening to his detailed story and hoped my wife had not heard his tirade. Unfortunately, she did as she mentioned if I didn’t report this on a review, she would. On leaving the venue, I inquired the name of the employee and was told it was Andrew, everyone was aware who I was asking about. A young man who appeared to be a manager or supervisor said he would handle it. I mentioned the conduct should have been handled immediately as it was heard by customers and other employees at least one of which was a female. He gave an excuse that employees are hard to control when they speak out and have the freedom of speech. I told him it was easy to handle by just terminating him on the spot.

First of all, some of my meat was cold when I got it. Second, I didn’t even get my drink until waving down somebody to get it for me. It took almost 10 minutes of waving and asking for somebody for anyone to even recognize that I needed them. The whole system without people taking orders Just leads to problems like this. Third, I found so much hair in my food I had to throw it away.

I was NOT greeted when I walked in. I was the only customer and my food took 15 minutes. Maybe more. I started counting after I was already waiting. The restaurant is clean. Cozy atmosphere. I had no issues with the kiosks. My only complaint is service and how long it took for 3 items.

Hey so, I ordered in the store here for my fiancé and I, don’t get me wrong the food here, it’s amazing. I personally love Taco Bell but I have one issue. One of the current managers. She’s a problem. In what mind does she think it’s ok to flip customers off and be on the phone doing nothing? I can understand staff being on their phones but working, but a manager chilling on the phone with what sounds like a friend doing nothing? Meanwhile the other workers are doing the drive thru, working on food, and handling customers. What kind of lazy management does this place have? Disrespectful, not committed. I think her name was Holly, she’s a short plump woman, dark probably black hair. She wears glasses too. To be honest, just from glancing around and soaking up the environment she seems like she’s disrespectful to everyone who works with her, it’s not very customer friendly and enticing if the workers or other staff team clearly don’t like a manager for that managers behavior. It’s completely childish to behave in such a manner at work anyways. Honestly, if management is all like that, you probably expect the place to just close down sometime. The food was amazing, my experience with Holly was down right terrible and that’s my only reason to rate so low on this restaurant. Please get better management!
