We wanted to eat something other than your usual fast food restaurants so my husband found this place. The food is absolutely delicious, you can tell it’s home made and not from cans. I got the open faced roast beef sandwich with 2 sides. I chose mixed greens and mac n cheese. You can tell it’s all home made. My husband had 2 dogs. The cakes are made in house so we split a piece of red velvet cake. Putting this on my list of favorites for when we are traveling to DC again.

Could not order a half sandwich not unless you pay full price. The broccoli and cheddar soup was awful. It taste like garlic soup to much garlic. I guess I might give it another. Try to try something else but yes, it was awful.

Fantastic. We’re so glad we found this place while driving through. Great quick service, welcoming atmosphere, and delicious food to make everyone happy—from the health obsessed in our group (green salad loaded with toppings and tuna, pinto soup) to the less health obsessed (BLT, mac and cheese, cinnamon roll, Oreo pudding). Everyone left happy. Super affordable too.

Just a really quaint restaurant with kind, helpful, lovely staff. The food is simple, home-cooked style, but they’ve perfected the simplicity and each dish is absolutely delicious. I’m quite partial to the BLT on sourdough. It is a treat to eat here, especially if you get some of their desserts!

Hotdog was great. Pasta salad was exceptional with extra ingredients. I bought two desserts; one for myself and one for my husband. Mine was a delicious pumpkin pie and his was chocolate cake with homemade chocolate icing. He loved his, as well. Good price too.

Traveling on our way back to Pennsylvania I googled for places to eat near Dublin, Virginia and saw the high ratings for MomnEms. All of the reviews were very positive. After eating there I can see why. My husband had the chili and a sandwich and I had the Beans and cornbread and a chicken salad. The soups were so delicious and you can certainly tell they were homemade. The chicken salad was very fresh. The staff were so friendly. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely go again. We took a piece of coconut and carrot cake for later in the evening and can’t wait to try them. Thank you, Denise

Top notch ingredients, made with love in a nice little shop… lots of little touches that make their chili dog the best I’ve ever had… delicious sandwiches, and by far the best lasagna around..!
