Although I do not have a diverse pallet for sushi, this is the best place I have had it locally. Friendly staff and high quality. They take their time and make a very good roll. I mainly get the Philadelphia roll but other rolls are good too. Price is also extremely fair. Highly recommend. Very good Boba as well.

My favorite sushi place in Blacksburg. Seriously, the fish is always fresh, the boba is absolutely lovely, and the couple that owns it is always on top of their game. I do tend to get an Americanized boba drink but it’s really good boba! We love Sushi Factory and come here often.

Got an angry dragon roll and it was delicious and fairly priced. The rice was soft and sticky, which I love. There are tables inside the restaurant and out in the mall, but it looks like most people get to-go. Be aware that this is one of those former-mall-turned-business-building kind of place. The mall itself is adorable, though. Oh, and easy, free parking.

I had the vegetarian roll, and the seaweed salad and my son had a California roll and the butter beer with the grilled chicken roll also!!! There were two people in there one cashier that was making stuff and the chef and he was so very nice. Thank you so much for your service we will be back. We traveled an hour just to come see you and it was worth it.

Sushi was incredible and the customer service was awesome. I got the Tuna Nigiri, Spicy Tuna, Angry Dragon and Big Belly roll and came back with buddies the next night and got the Tuna Nigiri, Spicy Tuna and Angry Dragon roll again and added the Cali Salmon Cheese roll… everything was amazing.

Best boba I’ve ever had, hands down. Not as sweet and overpowering as some, but still the perfect amount of flavour. I don’t usually go for fruit teas but their Hello Kitty fruit tea is INCREDIBLE. Service is great, too. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve been here twice now and have had a good experience both times. It’s in the mall and pretty small, and my bar for sushi in Blacksburg was pretty low. However, I never felt like the sushi I got was bad, or even average. It’s always been good! You’re definitely going to find better sushi near the coast, but honestly, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed getting sushi here. They also have bubble tea, which I never got, but I heard it isn’t bad. Pricing is also very fair, and the people who work here are very nice.

Best lemonade I’ve ever had!
I was bored today and decided to enter this lovely shop. I ordered the pineapple lemonade with mango popping boba and gotta say it was delightful on a hot day. It wasn’t too sweet or bitter, but has a smooth sourness to it. Definitely gonna come back and check out the rest of the menu!
