Take out ! But should have never walked in this pizza hut should be shut down or hire better servers that care where’s my extra BBQ sauce and why is the pizza stiff had to take a lil girl into men’s bathroom he said ladies was not to be used. No tissue, no seat covers and no paper towels to while off the seat so I didn’t let her use it. Disgusting.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Hut. After waiting a long time for my pizza. I was shocked to find that each slice only had two pepperonis. This is completely unacceptable and feels very cheap for a well-known chain like Pizza Hut. For the price I paid, I expected a decent amount of toppings, not this bare-bones effort.
To make matters worse, the wait time was longer than expected, which added to my frustration. This experience has me questioning if I’ll order from Pizza Hut again. Please do better!

We ordered a large pizza at 5:55 pm, and after 55 minutes we had to go to the restaurant to ask about it. It was delivered frozen, with no plates, and they said they didn’t even have cheese. It’s truly the worst place to go and eat. The staff is terrible, and the waiter is incredibly rude.

The guy answering the phone was super rude, to say he lacked customer service skills is an understatement. I paid the $2.75 per pizza for extra cheese and the pizza clearly lacked extra cheese. When I asked about the cheese he rudely stated she probably put the extra cheese on the bottom. Will never be back to this Pizza Hut they need to change their staff. I almost went to a different Pizza Hut after my experience placing the order on the phone alone. The only reason I did not is because I was running late.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and this is how it came out. This pizza looked like someone drop it. If you look at the pizza on the right side 3 of my pizza slices was broken in half. The pizza was also cut like the person didn’t care. I should have known something would be wrong the young lady that was at the register looked like she didn’t want to be at work today she had a very nonchalant attitude about her. I live to far away to take it back and I had little ones waiting to eat lunch. Smh next time I’ll just order from the Pizza Hut on ave K.

Mind you they have menus on site you have to open a QR code to get a menu so he told me to do that I did it and when I told him about here that pizza 1799 why am I paying $27.99 he said well that’s how much it is and I told him well I’m paying what I see right here and he said no you’re paying this price and that’s how much it is I said know if you can’t change the price get somebody then he proceeded to tell me about this service fee a California service fee that Pizza Hut charges and I asked him how much is that he couldn’t answer that anyways to make a long short he ended up charging me for each individual topping instead of giving me the bundle that I had ordered the manager came out and handled it professionally and it was all good from there on pizza was excellent and ended up being $26 or $25 which isn’t too bad I just don’t like that they don’t have a fixed menu and you have to go online and look..

I should have just ordered from Little Caesars. I thought I was getting a pan dish with extra cheese
What I got was a flat pizza bitter tasting tomatoes sauce and didn’t even look like extra cheese was added. The management isn’t any help and did not rectify the situation

i wish i could give them zero starts. worse service in my life. i went to take my daughter and friends here for her birthday. Upon ordering a two liter soda with pizza for dine in i was told i would have to pay 1.50 cent per water cup for the soda to be poured in the cups. Crazy right for a dine in service with a soda big enough to feed a whole family. once the food was brought to the table i then noticed there was no sauce for the bread sticks after asking a manager for some i was told i need to wait because she was helping people in line i ask well we have had are food for about ten minutes now so we have already waiting since the girl next to you is not doing anything can she get the sauce for my kids she continues to tell me no and actually never gets the sauce for me i had to ask an employee for the back to get it and she laughed and told them to not get it i only received my sauce after saying i would post on yelp for a bad review. I will never return to the location again! She was unprofessional and had no customer service at all!

Absolutely the WORST pizza I have ever gotten at Pizza Hut in 40 years!… I ordered THIN CRUST… it was not crispy and flakey…it was as tough as shoe leather….the bottom wasn’t even toasted…its like they ran out of thin and substituted something….I barley finished one peice…it was kot a typical Pizza Hut pizza…just unedible…that what I get for ordering in Lancaster…should’ve known better
