I came in during my lunch break on 10/22/2025 at approximately 5:25pm and ordered the 6pc combo. My chicken is raw and still bleeding and I didn’t notice until after I began eating it. After calling the store and asking the manager what was the issue she became irate towards me for being upset that I spent my money on raw chicken!! I am suppose to speak to the General Manager Isabella tomorrow and hopefully receive my refund. I would not advise anyone to eat here !! It’s everything they describe it to be the pictures show the chicken ripped apart !!

I was very pleasantly surprised after eating at this location. While I have had some days where the food was warm or small portioned, I always ask for a redo or more and have not had a problem. I also got some super hot and fresh food other times, so while the consistency is not guarantee, the fact that you can get this resolved without issue is. I also love that you can see most everything that happens in the kitchen, so if you can see that your chicken or fries might not be fresh, you can just ask for a fresh batch and they will do it without problem. They usually are busy so I understand why they prefry chicken and fries, but like I said they are so helpful and accommodating. Overall the staff is friendly and chill, and I like that you can see how busy they are so you don’t have to stand there for a long time not knowing how long until your order is done.

Worst Popeys in the entire nation!!!! Orders always screwed up, send all dark meat with a 4 piece. Missing a 3 piece box of tenders. Last time sent chicken that had been sitting all day. Your crew sucks!!!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this Popeyes at the mall. It was bad the first time, but my husband had their wings at another location and they were delicious. I decided to give this one a second chance because it was on my way home. The first red flag was the service. A young man who clearly did not want to be there, barely parted his lips, kept yawning and just all around unprofessional attitude. The order was completely wrong, which doesn’t surprise me because he didn’t confirm back what I ordered. We received nuggets instead of bone in wings, it was like they threw sauce at the bottom of the box with the meat on top. There were a lot of crusty pieces that weren’t even chicken just breading. We also ordered two chicken thighs and received a leg and a breast. Besides getting the wrong order, the food was nasty, I will not be going back there!

Came tonight on 2/12/25 around 12:30. Manager went out to deliver food to a car. Whoever was inside communicated to me on the ordering screen and asked “pick up?” I responded no, and said I got a coupon code. They said “ok you’ll have to wait.” I said ok. Then a couple minutes later they said hi, I responded. Then they said “speak up please”. So I said I got a coupon code. Then they said “ok I told you you have to wait”. Then finally was ready to take my order and gave me attitude the entire time. Didn’t even ask me what I want to drink, just gave me a regular coke. Didn’t even give me my dipping sauce that they asked about.

Manager is always awesome there but whoever was taking my order at the time while she was delivering food to the car outside should be reprimanded for their incredibly poor service. I also didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t leave a proper review on their store.

Mary and her crew were the best at customer serveicw food and everything and let me tell you food wise ive been to alot of popeyes and this one by far was the best one ive ever ate at the soda was soda lol but the sandwich so thick crunchy and delicious just the right amount of sauce and the biscuit was so fresh so soft man if I didnt live in Washington id come here everyday tha ks for the fresh amazing food

Don’t eat here, terrible! The staff were not friendly and the chicken sandwich was a joke. There was a tiny piece of meet inside, what a ripoff for $6.69, the owner should be ashamed. See my picture, it is nothing like the advertised sandwich.

Best popeyes . Ever. i took one bite of my chicken sandwich and i had to fight not to ascend to heaven. so good. i wish i was at this popeyes location right now but as of current i am in the one on 122nd and i’m actively crying about how bad the chicken i just consumed was. it made me think of this popeyes. man. i wish i was at this popeyes. god i love this popeyes. thinking of you. miss u. heart ❤️

Popeyes food is generally agreeable but I went to this location with a generic Popeyes gift card and the clerk straight up told me that they didn’t take gift cards after I’d already ordered my food. I’m baffled. What makes this location different from any other Popeyes? At least post a sign…
