Ordered a large 2 topping pizza and 30 wings for delivery. I was told the total was 67 and some change but I was charged 80 and some change. The food was pretty good even though delivery was slow and food was warm-ish. Definitely not worth 80 bucks. From now on if I want pizza and wings I’m getting a frozen pizza and throw some wings in the air fryer..

I placed an order at 5:30 PM for one pizza and a 1-lb order of boneless wings. According to your menu, that should total around $30. When I arrived at 6:10 PM, I was charged $39.19 plus tip. The price already seemed off, but I didn’t say anything at the time. I was then told the food would be just a few more minutes.
After waiting another five minutes, I had to repeat my order because it had not been properly communicated. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told it was because they “couldn’t serve raw chicken,” clearly indicating that my order had not even been started within a reasonable time after it was placed.
I finally received my food around 6:25 PM. If I had known it would take nearly an hour from order to pickup, I would have gone elsewhere or left before paying.
The two employees at the counter appeared distracted and disorganized, while the cook who handed me my food seemed genuinely apologetic. It was not busy, and there was absolutely no reasonable explanation for the confusion, delay, price discrepancy, or poor handling of my order.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience that could have easily been avoided with basic organization and communication. I made a comment about not coming back and the only response from the employees was to laugh. I’m sure the owner will get a laugh from this

First off the owner is super defensive and takes EVERYTHING personal. She always has to go on this long explanation of why the customer is not right. Look at the reviews alone. You’ll see what I mean. It’s bad for business. Learn to apologize and keep it moving. So I’ve been to this Francos a few times. The food is alright but they need to do better with time management. I’m always waiting atleast a half hour for food when they tell me this or that time. It is frustrating as I have a busy life. I’ve brought this up before and have been completely dismissed. Also, if you leave bad reviews they stalk you on Facebook.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and boneless everything wings on slice. The pizza had no pepperoni. The cheese tasted like super processed bagged cheese. The chicken was so over cooked it was hard. The best thing about it is the celery was crispy. I reached out to slice about it since I paid through them. They reached out to the restaurant who said the wings were cooked perfectly and there was pepperoni on the pizza. If that’s what they call perfect food I would recommend staying FAR away.

Apparently I ordered a baked salt calzone, with salt filling, heavily dusted with salt. All joking aside, it was just too much sodium, it was all i could taste.
It was supposed to be a buffalo chicken calzone with onions and mushrooms.
The mushrooms were also canned, and i was hoping for fresh mushrooms. I only ate a little of the calzone and threw out the rest.
I also ordered a garden salad which i did enjoy. There was a good variety of vegetables and it was a decent size for a small salad.
The staff were super friendly.

Didnt even know this Francos existed in Westmoreland. Stopped in while in the area. Excellent wings, perfect amount of crisp, perfect blend of butter and hot sauce. The pizza tasted like Francos pizza if thats your style, a bit thicker and very cheesy. Definitley recommend

I called tonight not knowing how late they were open. I asked, and the woman said 9.(I called at 8 45) So I immediately said I’m sorry, nevermind. She was VERY persistent on making me whatever I wanted. I made my order and when I went in to get it, both employees were incredibly nice. Absolutely loving this new management. AMAZING people and the work the new manager is doing to the place is beautiful. Also the pizza was perfect.

I’ve been there three times and each time my order wasn’t ready. I ordered a sausage roll 24 hours in advance and asked it be ready at 1 pm. When I got there they said “sorry, been busy, another 45 minutes ! I had to cancel it and they said “no problem, we’ll sell it “ That’s it for Francos , back to Tony’s in New Hartford !
