I’ve eaten A LOT of Taco Bell. I will swear by it. This Taco Bell is the most consistent, food is fresh and delicious (for fast food) 98% of the time. I eat there once a week bare minimum (edit) I have no clue what happened but it is absolutely awful now. I won’t go there anymore. Original post was months ago and I can’t rerate the experience so.. I changed it here. Do not go. 2 different times I waited in line while employees hung out with friends in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Called to complain and the woman on the other end of the phone flat out lied to me. The food is stale and trash now. I miss my original post because it was 19/20 on consistency… the last 2 months it has fallen so far it’s 3/20 it’s absolutely awful. Go across the street and get McDonalds.

The Taco Bell in Lomira is a top-tier pit stop. It’s fast, clean, and the staff is always friendly. Unlike other spots, they actually load up the Cantina Chicken Tacos. Perfect, reliable location right off the highway for a quick, solid meal.

I went to the drive thru, just for drinks. I Had to repeat myself 3 times the lady while took my order was laughing and giggling while I was talking! I didn’t even get a apology or a sorry she didnt even speak English she couldn’t even look at me! Such bad customer service! Do better on hiring people that can speak English

Wanted an orange crème freeze didn’t get it because they said they said they were out. No problem there. Then i see a terrifying sight…Behind me, an employee with an ORANGE CRÈME FREEZE, that sat down half hour after me. Still coming back, but appalled to say the least. Also missing a window? Silly car.

Came through in the drive thru asking for *no chipotle sauce*(correct on the receipt) it’s spicy, ruins your meal if you don’t like spicy. Paid $7 for a burrito I couldn’t eat because it was LOADED with the sauce. Save your money! Obviously couldn’t be fixed because in drive thru & already gone. Biggest pet peeve!!

Very very disappointed with this store and will never order on door dash from this location again! This is not chicken which cost extra money over beef and no tomatoes on any of my 4 Doritos loco tacos which also cost extra money vs no supreme tacos!

I’ve been here twice and will never come back. This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The first time I thought it was maybe just a bad day. The second time I waited 20 minutes for a burrito. I had already paid but left anyways without my food. There was nobody even at the counter to complain to. Unbelievable that a business could be run this poorly.

The people there today were so rude to my daughter it was her first time really ordering herself and they kept yelling and laughing about her name made us feel very very uncomfortable tonight I would not go there just based on that uncomfortability hope it doesn’t happen to anybody else
