The venue is relatively small, but the atmosphere is vibrant and stylish. The staff tends to rush guests a bit when ordering food and drinks, likely to encourage quicker turnover. Still, it’s an enjoyable experience and worth trying at least once. A reservation is recommended to avoid waiting.

Me and my girls came for dinner, we visited from out of town. It was so fun! The music was good, the DJ is very better than an average club in Miami. everyone was dancing, an interactive dinner! You can also request quiet tables if that is what you prefer.

Came here to celebrate a friend’s graduation. Left feeling like we accidentally crashed a staff meeting.

From the second we sat down, our server acted like we personally ruined his evening. Water refills? A myth. Menu questions? Met with the enthusiasm of someone being audited. One friend sent back a cocktail that tasted like liquified sour candy and was told, “That’s just how it is.” Incredible.

Half our appetizers showed up. The other half took so long we thought they were being foraged. Two entrées were wrong, and instead of apologizing, we got, “That’s what the kitchen made.” Oh good — mystery dinner.

When we asked for a manager, he approached like we had challenged him to a duel. Not a single apology all night. Truly impressive commitment to the bit.

The busser was the only person who seemed aware we were human.

Anyway, if you’re looking for ambiance with a side of mild hostility, this is your spot.

Won’t be back.

I have to admit, the shows are a good time. Forget the usual half-naked dancers—you’ll find themed characters bringing the energy up and keeping the crowd entertained. It definitely helps make up for the lackluster food. The DJ keeps the beats flowing, so if you’re looking for fun, this place delivers. Just don’t set your hopes too high for the meal. Drinks? Totally fine.

We went here on a thursday night expecting it to be really lit and loud and tbh it was quite the opposite but it was our first night in miami so we were not mad at all after a tiring travel day. The food was literally 10/10. I was really expecting it to be mediocre but might’ve been one of our fav places to eat on our 5 day trip. We ordered the arincini balls, the carpaccio, and the ravioli plus the bread they gave us was to die for. I went here with my best friend and we truly had a great experience i would definitely come back

We were expecting a french restaurant, but it ended more being an italian, with italians servers. We were kind of the only one customers. They served us with 2 pieces of frozen italians bread they warmed up a little bit, with oil. My friend asked for butter, the waiter said they don t have, i then said to my friend ” that s maybe more an italian” then the waiter said he is gonna get some. He brang 2 tiny pieces of butter. It was tuesday and we didn t take appetizers of fish we were wondering if it was gonna be not fresh, so we went directly for the entree, i expected a full duck breast but it was 2 little pieces of the duck breast not crispy at all. We then skept the dessert that wasn t really french with not worth. Highly disappointed. We thought we were going for a fine restaurant, it was like served by street waiters restaurants and italians tryna be french, not fine restaurant at all.

From the moment we sat down, the manager was hovering over our table in a way that felt uncomfortable rather than attentive. We were a large group, and while we understand that can be challenging, the service was disorganized and unprofessional.
Several items we ordered never came out but were still included on the bill. When we questioned it, the response was dismissive instead of solution-oriented. At one point, a girl in our party asked about something she ordered that never arrived, and the way staff spoke to her was condescending and argumentative. She felt so uncomfortable that she ended up leaving.
To “compensate,” they brought a round of tequila no one ordered — and then added it to the bill. We had to dispute multiple charges for items we never received or requested.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled — with hovering, poor communication, and a lack of accountability — made for a very disappointing experience. We won’t be returning.

My experience at Bagatelle Miami Beach was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Miami. The hospitality was shockingly poor, with rude, dismissive service and zero accountability from management. The servers and manager completely ruined the night with their unprofessional behavior and lack of basic courtesy toward guests. Their conduct reflected terribly on the establishment and turned what should have been an enjoyable outing into a frustrating, uncomfortable experience. Major changes in staff are clearly needed.

Bagatelle Miami is definitely one of the more fun and high-energy dining spots in South Beach. The atmosphere is lively, upscale, and full of that classic Miami glamour. The music, the crowd, the lighting—everything feels like a party, but still with a sense of elegance.

The food is really good, especially if you’re into French-Mediterranean flavors. The truffle pasta and seafood options are standouts, and the drinks are well-crafted. Service was attentive and the staff definitely know how to keep the vibe going.
