This place was not busy when I walked in. The drink machine was disgusting The picture doesn’t do it justice because it was dark in there. So I decided to get sweet tea instead, which was a mistake. This is supposed to be the south sweet tea should be sweet. It was extremely weak. Also none of the other Zaxby’s that I visit when I ask for no sauce on my boneless and get it on the side, they don’t charge me. This one did and when I asked about it she said I don’t make the rules do you want it or not. Great customer service, NOT!! There was a lot of people standing around doing nothing but yet almost every table in the dining room was dirty including the one I sat at. The chicken tenders were good and the toast were good on my wings and things boneless. Everything else was cold and not up to Zaxby’s standards. The bathroom wasn’t bad but a little messy there was an employee in the bathroom when I went into use it he looked at the paper on the floor and walked out didn’t even bother to pick it up. This place needs somebody to come in and teach them the Zaxby’s way. I did consulting for a Zaxby’s franchise this is not the way a Zaxby’s should be run, and the manager was nowhere to be seen for the entire 35 minutes I was there.

He marched to the counter, a hero so small,
To stand by the register, sturdy and tall.
He looked at the lady and turned on the charm,
With a baby-voice “rizz” that could do no one harm!
“May I have some sauce?” he asked with a grin,
A playful little tactic to get us a win.
He batted his lashes, he played it so sweet,
Bringing a smile to the girl on her feet!
The lobby was bright and the spirit was high,
With a twinkle of fun in his little boy eye.
The sauce was secured with a laugh and a cheer,
The best Zaxby’s visit we’ve had all year!

Seriously I worked at Zaxby’s for years and understand how stressful the job can be but this one restaurant is just rude. They didn’t hear my order the first time and were rude with how they handled it. When I nicely told them I didn’t get two of my drinks they shoved them at me. I like the food but it’s just not worth it with the awful service.

Whenever I go through the drive thru, the ladies are always very nice. The food is usually fresh and hot. Probably one of the better Zaxby’s I’ve been to.

We have a large family and ordered wing meals for everyone with sauce on the side. the “sauces” barely had enough sauce to cover the bottom of the plastic ramekin so that you have to order more and pay. They were not helpful with giving regular sized sauces filled to the top. No other zaxby we’ve been to does that and we go often especially on road trips it’s our go to restaurant. wings were soggy instead of crispy. what’s next? maybe ketchup packets will be divided into 3 different ramekins and start charging for that too.

This place is always busy. We were waited on promptly and our food appeared very quickly. The workers appeared to be in sync with each other to take care of the customers.

The drive thru was long but orders were placed fast, and the food was hot! The lady at the window was super sweet, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, quickly and in order with everything accurate!!! Hope she has a wonderful day & holiday weekend!! ✅

Had to wait over 15 minutes for my order (supposedly fries),they were the only thing hot. Employees were standing around talking. Had to ask someone to wipe off a table because they were all dirty. Check out the employee cooking while using his cellphone!!! No gloves—-
