Small location, and they really focus more on the drive-through. Still, service is faster here than it is at some other drive-through friendly places. I only wish they had put their drink fountain outside in the main dining area, instead of keeping it behind the counter.

This McDonald’s could be perfectly fine if it weren’t being captained by a general manager named “Jeremy”. The man runs the place like he woke up and chose confusion.
Jeremy floats around the restaurant with the confidence of someone who is absolutely wrong but refuses to accept it. Employees look like they’re surviving, not working. Orders come out when they feel emotionally ready, not when you order them. Watching him manage is like watching someone play Restaurant Simulator with the tutorial turned off.
The food? Standard McDonald’s—fries were decent, burger was fine. But somehow everything tasted slightly worse knowing it passed through Jeremy’s chaotic little kingdom. The wait was long, the energy was off, and the whole place felt tense, like everyone was bracing for Jeremy to make another unnecessary decision.
I left with my meal and a strong sense that this location is being held hostage by one weird guy with a headset and unchecked authority.
Come for the fries. Pray Jeremy isn’t working.

They have stepped up their game. Even then basic cheeseburger tastes better than ever. Some portions have gradually gotten smaller (the McFlurry is a s great example). But overall the food has improved dramatically. Still way over priced. Dinner at McDonald’s for a family of 4 should not cost $50, simple as that. But if you choose your items carefully you can keep the cost down significantly. So food? I’m Mcluvin it. Value? It’s McOver priced.

*** Update***
I ordered through Uber Eats to get breakfast delivered to my apartment. Could not be eaten as there was someone’s HAIR in the food. I requested a refund from McDonald’s and was hung up on. I reached out to UberEats and they apologized despite it not being their fault and issues me a partial refund. Pictures of awful meal attached.
Absolutely the last time I give this restaurant another chance. I have gone 4 times but each time the fries are cold, the burger is not fresh, they forgot the milk to the happy meal and had me pull up to the 2nd window and then after waiting almost 10 minutes, came to tell me to go park in Spot 1 for pickup and they’ll bring it out.
I went tonight with a major migraine and needed to eat something so unfortunately, this was the closest place. I parked and went inside for the first time and hoped that by ordering inside I would get fresh food. When the young black kid brought my order up, he didn’t look at me or acknowledge me and told his friend “I just got here and I’m finna go on break. Not dealin with this.” He then walked behind the counter and disappeared. The fries that I ordered with no salt were cold as was my Big Mac that I ordered with no onions or pickles hoping they would have to make it fresh.
Nothing was hot or fresh so I went home and put in the oven to warm up so I could have a hot meal. The only they got right was the coke with no ice. I learned my lesson and will always go to the one by UCF. They always make the food fresh and hot no matter when you go or how many cars are in line. Whoever owns the Oviedo one, there’s a reason you have no business here.
4/26/25 – Tried to order Breakfast through UberEats as I had family in town and we were headed to the theme parks after eating. Got home and started to eat my scrambled eggs and there was someone’s hair cooked in it and that I pulled out of my mouth! I looked at the tray and there was a 2nd piece of hair in the eggs. Not just me as 2 others had to stop eating entirely as they were no longer hungry after finding hair in their food as well. Thank goodness I went through UberEats and they refunded me. That’s what I get for trying again with this same disappointing place.

I stopby to this MCD location to used mycrewards points. I order me a large Ice coffee Vanilla flavor. This young lady scan my reward and took my order. Then someone calling my name. I was surprised that my order was ready. That was quick! Less than 10 minutes! I love that! Thank you for being quick service and the customer service was exceptional. I woll give them 5 stars. I will be back again.

Came in to have dinner with family, as I come in and stand on the counter (so I can request cook to order) all the employees were looking over the front counter and no one was coming. Finally someone comes (manager, Caucasian male) we start ordering and when we mention “cook to order” he roles his eyes. This has not been the first time that this individual has done this. I come here with my family since it’s close to home but if the service here does not improve we will travel further. The only employee from this facility that actually has good customer service is a young girl named Jayla, she’s amazing in customer service. Besides her no one in this facility is. You would think management would have better customer service. I was assistant manager at the union park location (different franchise) for 3 years and i’ve never seen such terrible customer service.

This is a new McDonalds location in Oviedo. If your coming and trying to continue south on Alafaya it doesn’t have the most convenient access and regress. You also aren’t supposed to turn left onto Chapman for around an hour which would be a huge pain if you want to go south on Alafaya (forgett the exact time like 0800 to 0845).
I only used the drive through but they had some of the friendliest staff at any McDonalds I’ve been to. For some reason some of the signs and 2nd drive through lane were closed (maybe not finished construction) but they were efficient.
The food was the same as nearly any other McDonald’s.

This is such a well run Mcdonalds. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but I have eaten here countless times and the food is always on point and the employees are always kind. Kudos to management for keeping a great staff!

Worst of the worst. The truth is 90% of the times the order is WRONG! They can’t get it together for nothing. I am tired of getting home with food missing or being done incorrect.
