Stopped on Sunday afternoon on the way home. They were out of some items such as roast beef, tomatoes and some of the bread options. The bread was different, it was a generic hoagie type roll, not the same bread as usual. Also, asked if we wanted pickles, and they were only a half piece instead of a whole spear and one sandwich didn’t have one. When we were called, the sandwich was rolled in paper just like Subway, not the traditional box they come in. Not sure if this is all new cost savings, but will probably not stop there again if these are permanent changes.

Food was great and the cost was reasonable for what you get. Has a kids time where you can save on kids. Been there a few times, and they support fire fighters as part of their model.

I’m not sure what the point of ordering online is….both times I’ve ordered food online at the Belmont, West Richland, wa location they don’t even start my order until after I arrive. This last time, I ordered at home, waited, drove slowly – still they hadn’t even started the order – said my order “wasn’t scheduled to be ready yet” even though I put ASAP when I ordered it. There was no one waiting, it wasn’t busy and it was past the lunch rush. I don’t get it. The food was good, otherwise I would’ve given fewer stars. An older woman employee behind the counter was using very foul language while speaking to a younger girl employee… Very tasteless. Not impressed

First off the manager is less than helpful, this isn’t toasted, I have been more toasted on a Sunday afternoon than this bread. Both meals are wrong and or missing items. That being said chips are wrong, drink size was wrong and she’ll argue everything with you because she apparently doesn’t understand training her employees properly and doesn’t take ownership for mess ups. Just likes to argue and prove she’s in the right.

If zero stars was an option I’d definitely not hesitate to chose that the service was terrible, our orders weren’t made right with the cashier giving us attitude and hurrying us to order. We had to ask. for the combo items 3 times and our kids meals were incomplete. Just don’t even waste your time here.
