I am a low carb friend and when I’m out and about with people I just go where they go and make do with what is on the menu. When I asked for a lettuce wrap burger I was told I couldn’t get it with the double cheeseburger but I could get it with no bun…I don’t normally complain but what I received was honestly just ridiculous. If you have lettuce I think you can serve your customer and wrap it with lettuce. I have never had an issue asking for a lettuce wrapped burger at any other fast food chain. Next time I will go elsewhere for a low carb option.

DISCLAIMER: I ordered via the app for pickup, rather than dining in. Picked it up at around 8:30 MST tonight, along with the food for my roommate. I don’t normally review fast food joints, but sometimes they stand out and make an impression on me.

If you’ve seen my reviews before, y’all already know the drill.

If not, here’s a quick recap: I’m an autistic adult and a picky eater. I always order my burgers as just bun, beef, cheese, and ketchup, and with a side of fries (and water to drink). I give out one star for every bit of the meal that’s satisfying.

Also, I’ve gotten burgers from this place regularly, but tonight’s was a standout.

First, the bun: Star #1. Hot and fresh. The burger juices and cheese slightly soaked into the bun. Normally, that’s a bad thing, but Burger King’s burgers just make it work. Excellent.

Second, the meat: Star #2. Juicy (SUPER juicy), tasty, filling, hot and fresh, and cooked perfectly. Excellent.

Third, the cheese: Star #3. Gooey, melty, tasty, and a lot of it. It somehow melted INTO the burger and saturated the patty with cheesy goodness throughout. Excellent.

Fourth, the ketchup: Star #4. Hot, delicious, and just the right amount of it. Excellent.

Last, the fries. Star #5. Hot, fresh, super salty, crispy. All the things that you’d want from fries. Excellent.

In summary: fantastic burger, and fantastic fries.

Full five stars, and I’d do more if if were possible.

Normally I do not have issues with this BK. When I do have problems it’s usually resolved pretty quickly either with calling the store or through the receipt survey. This was not one of those days, I attempted to call the store to fix the mix up but no one ever picked up. I cannot do a survey as no receipt was given to me. So now I am left with an incorrect order, which is fine as my children are not picky. But, more importantly I have no idea if I was charged appropriately for what I ordered vs what was given as there is no receipt to verify.

Food was ok despite being wrong. Sadly the “fast” in fast food is relative here as it’s normally a 5 minute wait at least.

I’m am thoroughly disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, in what is normally an acceptable establishment.

The manager girl with the mustache and glasses is always rude. To the point it’s impossible not to get some kind of attitude like she’s the only important one. I’m the customer. She could’ve helped me but refused to give me my drink until I made a fuss about it. I shouldn’t have to fuss like an angry person to get my drink. Absolutely ridiculous and everytime I go and she’s there, it’s unpleasant. Period.

This location has been renovated more recently and is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have seen. Although the food was good, the customer service was awesome. Kudos to Shane and his sense of humor. We asked for water cups, expected to get empty water cups, but they were given to us pre-filled, with lids on them. Nice touch. Great place to get a bite while the car is being worked on at Discount Tire in the same parking lot.

Was going in to grab a quick bite. I dont care but I thought this was funny. This location has a lock on the restrooms that requires you to insert coins. To prevent vandalism apparently, or to offset the cost. Well I turned around because who has coins, ill find another spot a half mile down the road to get a quick bite but hey five stars because they deserve that if they missed out on my few coins AND the price of a meal. Bit of a backfire

Another fast food place pushing customers to work to order their meals. Manager suggested I use the kiosk to order instead of her taking the order. Obviously these places do not want customers except the ones who bring down their costs. I am not one of those.

Thieves! After wasting my whole lunch time in the drive thru line I ordered a melt combo that THEIR OWN menu said is $7.49. The computer said it was $8.99 and they refused to charge me the correct amount even after I showed them the picture. The manager was completely useless. I went somewhere else and won’t be back.

Biggest advertisement on the menu, and 0 product. No warning sign in front of said advertisement stating it was out. Dropping the ball has become a norm for these companies and it’s time our reviews reflect it.
