COME HERE!!! Could not recommend more. We came here twice in one week and will come anytime we’re in Newport. Our server was so nice and recognized us the second time we came in. They even catered to my little siblings who just wanted tons of cucumber rolls. The fish is so fresh. Each roll had a perfect balance of ingredients, the right amount of sauce (aka a lot), a great crunch, and overall quality you can taste. Our order came out super fast (even on a busy Friday night).They also have great options for or non sushi eaters. Make sure to stop by!

A great minimalist-modern place with the kindest imaginable staff and fantastic food at moderate prices. The “chef special” spicy tuna tempura roll, served on a rich bed of salad greens, is to die for. This place is a must-visit if you’re in the area.

Absolutely delicious! This is some of the best sushi I’ve had, not to mention the wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. The food came out super quick but I think we may have eaten it even faster. We’ll be back for more!

My new go to place for sushi! Food was fantastic from start to finish. Not sure about another review stating they don’t serve ginger/Wasabi. We were promptly brought a generous portion of both. The waiters were all super friendly and welcoming as well as the sushi chefs. Jinbei roll (pictured) was phenomenal. I will definitely be back!

Fresh, high-quality sushi! I ordered several rolls and was so impressed that they use real fish instead of imitation crab. Everything tasted very fresh, which I appreciate the most. The customer service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cute and welcoming. For such a small spot, they’ve decorated it beautifully. I’ll definitely be back!

We are a big sushi lovers but also very picky. We came on Sunday afternoon and were able to get a table right away. Welcoming place. Great and fast service. Friendly staff. Food was pretty good too. Nothing can top our sushi experience in Japan but would give about 9 stars out of ten (or 4.5 out of 5 🙂 Loved the fact that rice was good and just enough not to overwhelm the fish. Some peaces were cut a bit too big for a sushi style but I’ll take that over ridiculous amount of rice as many places do. Salmon was really good. Scallops just ok. Seared tuna was very good. My favorite garlic edamame beans.

We were tentative in trying a new place for sushi on our most recent trip to Newport,but we were pleasantly surprised!
The staff was friendly,the sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious.Even the ginger was fresh! I usually only have a piece or two because the heat of it overwhelms the dish but there’s was a beautiful enhancement of the flavors. We finished the entire plate!
They also make an amazing fresh wasabi.Wow! I normally skip the wasabi but I’m so glad I gave it a try.It gave my Blue fin tuna a wonderful” yummy ness”.

Best miso soup, ginger dressing and teriyaki I’ve ever had.. it was my first time ever trying sushi and I’m so thankful this is the location I chose to try it! Will most definitely come back! Definitely won’t leave this place disappointed!! Amazing customer service, kind and friendly staff!!

We ordered, Salmon Sashimi, Beef Gyoza, Super Crunch Roll, Crazy Roll. Everything was super delicious, HOWEVER the crumbs weren’t crunchy, so the super crunch wasn’t crunchy.
