We are a wine and martini bar. We have an extensive wine list as well as over 150 different martinis. We also offer properly made cocktails. Old Fasion’s and Manhattans are some of the favorites. We do have a nice selection of bottled beer. And, if you like chocolate, we make small batch Belgian chocolates.

We came here with friends to celebrate a birthday… to say the least, we weren’t disappointed. Very clean inside with rustic decor adding to it’s warm ambience. Numerous wines adorned the walls we could pick from, and they had a fantastic drink menu to select from as well. I eneded up choosing the “fruit invasion” for my first drink. While my friends chose a Mai Tai, and martini flights to quench their thirst. We all loved our drinks and even decided to return that evening for a nightcap after having dinner at another place their in Dixon. To end the evening, I had a salted carmel white Russian and my friends all chose various martinis. We will definitely return in the near future.

Came here with my mom and sister and it was great! The martini flights were so much fun, my sister had a wine tasting, and I had the banana foster martini which was adorable and delicious. The space is so cute, the service was great, the drinks were good and reasonably priced. Would love to come back.

We asked our waitress at dinner for a recommendation for drinks and she sent us here. So happy because it was GREAT! The martinis are sweeter than usual (which I personally prefer) and very affordable! $8 martinis and $5 cocktails We each had a drink and split the flight of the week. Can’t wait to go back again. The staff were awesome too, it’s a great vibe. The spicy cucumber watermelon was the best, you have to try it!

Arrived on a very busy Saturday night during an exhibition by an artist. Surprisingly, we were able to find a table quickly even though there were six of us. A short wait at the bar for drinks got us some delicious martinis and mixed drinks.

This is a nice upscale place in Dixon. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with exposed brick and wood floors. It is also very well lit which is a nice change from the usual dark dreary bars. I don’t remember my servers name, but she clearly understands that she works in a service industry. Her attention to details coupled with her warm, friendly personality added to the experience. On top of the good selection of wines and beers they also feature local art that is available for purchase. Overall, the Crystal Cork is a great place to stop in for a couple drinks and I will definitely be back.
