My wife and I ordered here, for the first time.
Even though the service was decent and the atmosphere was, just ok.
The food was horrible. We both ordered the General Tso, combination plate. The egg-roll was undercooked inside. It also, along with everything on the platter tasted like fish. After eating just part of our plates, we became ill, with upset stomachs and everything that goes with it.
Will never eat here again!!! So if you decide to eat at this location, BEWARE!!

Placed an order for Barbecue spare ribs and pork lomein. I got home and opened the bag to this. I immediately called and reported the food. I also ordered chicken wings ( not pictured) and the smell of old grease engulfed my car. When I called I was told there was nothing wrong with the food and this is the pork that all Chinese restaurants are using. I told her we have ordered from them several times in the past and have never received food like this. She said if I wanted a refund I had to drive alll the way back and bring the food back. I did. Upon arrival she grabbed the bag and began to tell me AGAIN that there’s nothing wrong and this is how all the Chinese food restaurants are serving their food. I will let pictures speak for themselves. We will not be returning.

Called in for a pick up order just little past 11am today, the phone service was prompt & courteous. Order was ready as told within 15mins or less. Pepper & onion steak o er fried rice was enjoyable. Their egg roll was light and crispy.

Stopped by Iron Bridge Rd location today 10/4/25 for the first time around 1:30pm. I ordered 4 pork egg rolls and paid $7.84 for the order. After receiving the order I drove down the street to the Kroger and decided to eat an egg rolls before I got out to go inside. The egg roll was barely warm and was brick cold in the middle and the pork was raw. I should have know something was wrong when I was able to pick it up without burning my fingers. It was quite disgusting having raw pork and veggies in your mouth. Never again! I will also say for $1.85 they are kinda small. After reading other reviews apparently this is not the first time they have had this issue.

Spring roll was cold in the middle, shrimp fried rice was bland and overcooked….highly disappointed especially being that its in a decent location. That food wasnt fit for a dog $9 gone down the drain and i should known better when I seen a sister working the cash register…i was hoping that was a good sign not. #terrible

I am usually not one to leave a negative review, but i ordered two dinner combos and an appetizer tonight in person, there was no issues with the service that I received from China Wok. However, when we started to eat our food (bourbon chicken/ chicken broccoli combos) we were very un satisfied with the taste of everything, so unhappy that we couldn’t continue to eat it, the whole meal was wasted and thrown away! all of food had absolutely 0 flavor and tasted off! not exaggerating this but was the most unsatisfied Chinese food I have received in this area. Im sorry to say that i do not recommend

We ordered at 11:44 am, Food was old and rancid. Brought it back and asian lady was in denial! She argued and yelled told me never to return. I have worked at other Asian restaurants, no left overs are to be tossed lunch orders get the twice fried items. We ordered once before around 4pm and food was fresh. Highly disappointed! Rancid sea food is a no no! Nasty rice a triple no no. Twice fried chicken a super no! This lady is very nasty! If you ever need to return her food please record the event. Her cook is equally nasty! He said it was a waist and I agree, their waste being sold. Her English is very good especially her cuzz words. Proceed with caution! They need to close down before they kill someone with their food.

I just moved here in October from Chicago and I’ve been going here (as I love Chinese food lol) and it’s honestly always good!! The food is always hot and fresh and pretty good quality. The workers are always friendly and I’d definitely recommend this place for you next Chinese craving! Get the shrimp egg rolls they’re delicious and the egg fuo young is always yummy!
