Arrived there in the morning, good service by Hostess & Vicky my server. I did pointed out the online menu has Smoked Salmon Hash
served with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. It is not on the current menu, no biggie. I order steak & eggs over easy, later had blueberry pancakes. The eggs just needed an additional 20 seconds before plating & pancake portions were very good. The Chef (by the omelet station) & Hostess were cool to allow me to take pictures. Visit dedicated to my then ex German American gf. We broke the ice/ met in a hotel setting. During our stay at the JW Marriott, we ate here regularly and were wonderfully greeted by Carlos and Magda. The food was well prepared with a good selection, and the wait staff were all great. They were all so sweer and attentive without being overbearing. Overall wonderful experience!

We were staying at the JW Marriott in Miami for a short vacation and had the pleasure of dining at Isabela’s. We met Myla Dylva (the chef) and Jimmy S (the server). Both Myla and Jimmy went above and beyond to make a safe meal for us!
My kids have food allergies and eating out is definitely a challenge for us. Myla was so diligent about safe food practices to prevent cross contamination issues. She even set up a new fryer so they could enjoy their meal without worrying about their allergy issues.
Thank you so much, Myla for caring and going above and beyond your call of duty to make our meal. Thank you Jimmy S for being so patient and accommodating of our every request.

We had the pleasure of spending Valentine’s Day at Issabella’s at the Lincoln Road Mall. Our server, Issa went above & beyond to ensure that we had an amazing dining experience there. She brought extra bread and didn’t rush us at all!
We also told the mgr., who was genuinely interested in our positive feedback about our first dinner there. The concierge at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Melissa, recommended this restaurant to us. It was great dining outdoors with a swaying red heart balloon attached to another chair.
I strongly recommend going to Issabella’s! Ask for Issa!!

Regarding the food, Isabela is genuinely impressed. Every meal we had was full of flavour and originality, and the menu combines Latin and other world flavours. Our lunch began with a light and energising ceviche that had the ideal amount of zesty citrus.

Breakfast buffet includes GF bread, and vegetable milks. Can order a la carte as well but prices are designed so you have to order the buffet. Also, didn’t like that the bill said 18% tip was added (when it was buffet and I helped myself), but then realized they actually added 21% tip…. Of course I corrected it, but this reminds me the importance of checking the bills….

We went there for breakfast yesterday. The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes and going up to the host desk to get the waiter to come to our table and bring an orange juice. The buffet food was very sparse and not being refilled timely. We had to remove our own dirty plates from the table as the waiter was nonexistent. For a $30 per person buffet it is very disappointing. On top of this, they add a 20% auto gratuity for this horrible service.
