Had a great experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The crew was kind and quick. Subs were top notch. Fresh shaved meat. I recommend the 99 if you like your sub a little spicy. Turkey and roast beef are solid choices as well. We ate the 99 too quick to get pics. I will definitely be back.

We enjoy Muscatine Jersey Mike’s, always have. However on today’s take out order that changed. We always get the same thing but this time Jersey Mike’s added way too much oil and the bread was so soggy it was not fit to eat. Calling and talking to the Manager was futile. She admitted it was a trainee who made it but refused to offer any type of solution, neither refund or complimentary replacement. So, we just threw $26.00 dollars worth of food in the trash! A special “thank you” to that manager for her outstanding customer service….

My gf came in to pick up her order and not only did they not have a paper under the sub, she saw the guy take the meat off of her sandwich and put it directly on the counter to add the cherry peppers and then put the meat back on her sandwich!! Not only that but they forgot most of the toppings and drenched it mayo. She didn’t want to say anything but I had to drive back because this is ridiculous. The manager working tried to deny about the meat, did not even attempt to offer an apology and refused to offer anything for my troubles of having to come back! I absolutely would not order out from here. This place is disgusting. Be leery when you make an online order and aren’t watching every step they make! Grossed us out.

I’ve been getting food here probably about once a week. It’s the only place I get a sub sandwich now. The staff have always been friendly and they seem to do a good job of keeping the place clean. My food is consistently ready on time and I’ve always been happy with the quality. As a satisfied customer I find it easy to recommend Jersey Mike’s to others.

I’ve never been to Jersey Mikes before tonight. My experience was phenomenal! The service was so good I asked for their names so I could shout them out specifically. Jayda, Ocean, and Carly were quick to help me when I walked in. They had smiles on their faces, made small talk with me while I waited and made my sandwich exactly like I wanted it! Additionally the place was so clean. The food itself was delicious, especially the dessert! I will definitely be back!

I eat here multiple times a week due to their delicious bread and very filling sandwiches. Always a good experience whenever I go. Very friendly staff for the most part, especially Lisette, she is always making sure the customer is greeted upon entering and leaves satisfied.

My order was already rang up, and an employee came over and added $8 on to my order for gluten free bread. She said the large sandwich is charged twice, either way, it felt rude at that point and negativity impacted how I feel about the place.
