Been going here for years. Was always a good place. Last order was really bad. Too cold and didn’t taste right. Called to complain and lady there’s nothing wrong with the food. She said she will speak to the chef. Did not offer to resolve the issue. We will no longer be going there for our orders.

We’ve patronized this place for years but last night was the last time they get my money. Frankfort counter/phone people have no place dealing with the customers that pay their wages. Downright nasty & unfriendly, no “thank you”, etc. Also, dined-in at New Lenox and was disrespected by the waiter. We’ll go where our business is appreciated!
