Friendly, helpful service. I customized my sundae into a sort of pina colada: rum raisin ice cream with pineapple topping, which the staffer also added on the bottom, and whipped cream. It was delicious!

We stopped in mainly to get our Whaler’s Village parking ticket validated and to grab some dessert after our snorkel sail.

Banana Split
The cup was filled with 2 or 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and layered with strawberries in sauce, sliced bananas, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. The dessert was good minus the fact that the bananas were sliced with their fibrous strings still in tact.
SERVICE:
The lone girl was mainstream friendly.

Sham on you owner. I sat outside for 15 minutes and watch 10 to 15 people walk away because the line was too big. The quality of ice cream is fantastic, but unfortunately, there’s only two people working in the entire place. One person is making the ice cream, one person is taking the money and trying to help the other person make ice cream. Meanwhile, everybody is waiting a super huge lineup that goes out the door. Not for anything, but the ice cream is not cheap and I don’t know why you wouldn’t hire at least one more person to help your poor employees. Super busy tourist spot, and I just watched all these people walk away and go to the gelato place around the corner because your lineup is too big. Hire another local person to help you out buddy, and you won’t lose soooo much business.

They have midnight cookies and cream! Which is no longer available where we live for some reason -_- but the white chocolate raspberry truffle will always be my favorite! Got a sundae with my sister! Wish I could’ve had time to try their coffee! They serve coffee now o.0

I didn’t even get the chance to order because the staff’s attitude completely put me off. The lady working there was noticeably dry and unwelcoming towards me, in stark contrast to how cheerful and friendly she was with the other three customers she served—two before me and one after. When the item I asked for wasn’t available, she didn’t even bother suggesting an alternative. It felt like I was being treated differently for no apparent reason.

I want to make a note of this: During my visits, I noticed that the amount of ice cream I received for a single scoop and a double scoop was the same. I paid extra for a second scoop that didn’t seem to exist. However, I must say that the flavors were fantastic, especially the dulce de leche.
