I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Hardee’s on 2/1/26. We had planned to take the children out for a treat, and their choice of Hardee’s was suitable due to my youngest child’s preference for their chicken tenders. However, the lengthy drive-through line prompted us to dine in instead, which proved to be an unfortunate decision. As we observed the drive-through service attending to customers while we waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes, the inefficiency became apparent, that the manager was only making the drive through tickets .After receiving our food, we sat down to eat, only to be exposed to the manager’s unprofessional demeanor. The manager emerged from the back and spoke rudely to customers while disparaging other management members and employees, displaying a lack of professionalism. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and I felt sympathy for the young employees who had to endure her complaints. The manager’s actions were unprofessional, particularly in speaking poorly about colleagues and other management in a public area.

The drive through is automated and hard to communicate with. After ordering we were told they were out of medium and large cups and we would be given small drinks. This change did not affect the total price of our meal like it should have. The burger we ordered with no tomatoes clearly had tomato remnants on the sandwich where they were added and then removed. Very disappointed in this location

We waited for over half an hour for our food in the restaurant. We watched as the drive through was served first and 2 dozen cars went through while we were ignored. I had to remind them we have been there for half an hour and they finally started working on our order. They do not prioritize dine in orders and they do not respect our time. What a shame.

It wasn’t a bad experience. Wasn’t a long wait. Our order was correct. Food was hot/good. $28 for 2 people to eat is too expensive. Plenty of parking.

Staff is rude. Waited in line 25 minutes for my DoorDash just for them to pull me forward. Lobby was closed three hours before closing time. This place absolutely sucks.

The worst I’ve ever had. It was cold and obviously overcooked. Even the bacon was cold. I took one bite and it was salty. I spit it back in the bag and threw it away. What a waste. The place was empty at 17:30. I doubt this was a one off. Will not be returning.

They post hours on the building and on the drive-through, but never stick to them. Huge sign in the window that says the lobby is open but the doors are always locked. If you’re able to get food, it’s generally what you expect from Hardee’s. Out of my last five visits to this location. I’ve only been able to get food twice during the posted hours.
