This was in my 3 year olds happy meal that he ate half of, INCLUDING the raw chicken. This is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and a health violation. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and also didn’t receive everything so we had to go back in. The person that helped us through the drive through was rude and I will not be going there ever again for ALL these reasons.

February 28th 2025 sometime near 5:00 p.m. I purchased a eight-piece meal with two sides through the drive up. I don’t really care for the KFC’s in my area. The food is really gone downhill in the last 20 years. But coming home I stopped at your store in Riverton Utah, convinced myself that you had to be better than the rundown stores I’ve been going to.
There’s two reasons people eat at KFC the chicken and the biscuits. If I could have picked zero Stars I would have. The young man who took my order was very kind. But your biscuits are burnt, I cannot imagine how long they’ve been sitting in your warmer, you couldn’t even break open the biscuit to put butter in the middle because the size caved in and crumbled. There’s no way you to eat them, you can throw that biscuit in the trash it’s already too dried out and the top is burnt. These biscuits should have been thrown away. Shameful to sell food to somebody when it wasn’t decent enough to eat. This is an prime example why people won’t eat out anymore and why your business will only have new customers and never repeat customers. By the way, how old was that Coleslaw?

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. I ordered two classic sandwiches and was told to wait in my car—they would bring the order out shortly. After 35 minutes, I still had no food. During that time, I watched multiple cars arrive after me and get served before me.
At the 20-minute mark, I went inside to ask about my order. The front counter employee refused to check with the kitchen staff and spent most of the time standing around doing nothing. I also asked two other employees several times; each time they told me my order “wasn’t ready yet,” even as they continued delivering food to other cars. Some of them even asked me what I had ordered while bringing out other customers’ meals.
At 35 minutes, I went inside again. The same front employee refused to call the manager, so I approached him directly. He then told me he was only just starting to prepare my two sandwiches—and offered to cancel my order if I didn’t want to wait any longer. I chose to cancel, and all I received was a simple “sorry, there was a confusion,” despite the fact that I had repeatedly asked about my order. There was no attempt to make things right or acknowledge the poor service.
I’m not posting this to hurt anyone, but in hopes that management takes these reviews seriously. This location needs to improve communication, accountability, and customer service. My time was completely wasted, and the situation could have been handled far more professionally.

We came to this KFC in Riverton. I asked if they had the Mac n cheese bowl, the manager lady got this annoyed look and taunting simile saying no. It was a limited time item. That’s fine. But I didn’t ask why. I just asked if you had it. Thank you.
The guy taking our order tried to charge us $3 for water. Ordered just a cheese cony dog. He charged us for the whole meal. We ordered 3 chicken tenders and a side of mashed potatoes. Which costs $11.30. whereas the meal with a biscuit and a drink would of been $9. Then he charged us for a dipping sauce we didn’t ask for. 3 chicken tenders, 1 side of mashed potatoes, one famous bowl, and one coney cheese dog came to $25. Which was ridiculous.
After we ordered it took over 20 minutes to actually get our food. (what happened to fast food?). And there was only 2 other guy there behind us waiting to order so they weren’t busy. They just chose to do UberEats orders before ours.
When we got our food we made them refund the extra charges and make the tenders into a meal. Then the gave us a drink but we still just got water with it. Which brought it down to $19. So there’s that at least.
All the chicken was dry and stale and overcooked. You can kinda see that on The tenders in the picture. Oh and there were several flying flying around the restaurant.

To preface, the manager was very friendly and gave us a refund, which I appreciated. Because when got here, we ordered a 16 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken, the woman taking my order kept laughing and taking forever to answer my questions. I deduced she might have a bit of special needs, which I understand but that doesn’t excuse her for being rude. She went and asked the manager if there was extra crispy chicken left and according to her, he said there was most of the chicken left, only the drum sticks would be original recipe, which I said was fine. When it came out, they were all original recipe, so we asked for a refund, and the woman started mocking my husband and mouthing “wow” to another customer in line. Extremely rude and unprofessional on her part.

I arrived at 10:00 pm. I tried to order an 8 piece chicken meal. I was advised they were out of every except thighs and wings (it was late so I understood). I asked about tenders. They did have tenders for an additional $7. (Almost $1 additional per tender). It was late and we were hung so I went ahead with the order when I should have left. It was the meal deal so I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy as my 2 sides, and the meal also came with biscuits.
I paid for my order at 10:03. They told me it would be 6 minutes for the biscuits to cook and asked me to pull around to a numbered stall to wait.
At 10:11 a worker came with a bag to my window and asked me to confirm my order. Then he said, “I think they are pranking me, this isn’t your order”.
At 10:23 -a full 20 minutes after I ordered I walked inside the store. A gal was just heading to the door with a bag. She said, did you have the 8 piece meal? I said yes, and she handed me the bag. I almost left but decided to check my order. I didn’t see the gravy, so I pulled a everything out of the bag. I told the worker I was missing the gravy. She said okay and went to look in a warmer. Then told someone else I was missingy gravy. The other worker came over and said, “Are you sure? Sometimes they put it under the potatoes”
I had literally everything spread on the counter. So then she went to get my gravy. I was finally back in my car to drive away at 10:29.
That is 29 minutes get the absolute most basic item this food establishment sells.
I don’t know what keeps me coming back except nostalgia, but I have never had a smooth experience at this location so my review hopefully serves as a reminder to myself to stop trying.
I will include pictures because these weak and tiny chicken tenders that are priced at almost FOUR DOLLARS EACH are so very a sad. Never again.

Super disappointed in quality of food 12 piece chicken nuggets are about the size of a quarter maybe a little bigger took for ever fries and undercooked as well stay away until better management.

I’m giving this place a 4 star review for Zach who was the shift lead at the time. Once in a while I like to eat here and so my expectations aren’t high. But today even though I had an issue with my order, Zach handled it well and in a timely manner. He was so quick in handling the situation, I couldn’t even be mad anymore. Thank you Zach! I hope you’re still the next time I decide to come back … it won’t be for a long while though.

Ordered food at this place and honestly the service and food is the most absolutely god-awful I’ve ever had in my entire life when I got the food they got the order wrong twice. Had to be corrected twice to get my order right when I finally went to eat my food. The chicken nuggets for my five year-old daughter were eaten had bite marks and I’m like they were already eaten and I have found hairs in my food. Honestly would never recommend going to this location ever not if you want actual healthy, good food I am absolutely disgusted with this type of service if you work in a fast food restaurant or any type of food restaurant where hairnets that is what hairnets are for the fact that we have found hair in our food I am absolutely beyond disgusted with this location of KFC. I have never been so disappointed and beyond disgusted with KFC. I want every single penny of my money back refunded for this whole disgusting experience. This is not what I paid for. I didn’t pay to have hair in my food and have my five-year-old daughter‘s chicken nuggets practically eaten before she was even able to eat any of it never go to this location absolutely terrible beyond terrible and absolutely disgusting.

I looked at the picture of the chicken sandwich here and thought it looked good and got the spicy chicken sandwich. When the food came I got an emaciated chicken sandwich which bore no resemblance to the one advertised. The sandwich was okay but I couldn’t help compare it to something like Popeyes where the sandwich actually looks like the KFC picture. My fries were half full so I had them redo those. They were helpful but again, I wish they’d gotten things right on the first go. The place was clean with lots of seating.
