Virtually NO EGGS in a BREAKFAST burrito. This location is ripping you off. Don’t waste your money here. After taking a couple bites I noticed I hadn’t eaten any eggs yet. So I checked. Sure enough, there’s one little dab of eggs in the corner of my burrito. Do you people that work there honestly believe you deserve minimum wage? When this is the quality you produce? The correct answer is NO.

0 stars I’m going to make a corporate complaint to you people. I’m going to need the name of the people working tonight 11/30/2025 at 6:14pm. I’m going to need camera footage as well and will get the cops and a lawyer involved for a for a suit against this store for discrimination and harassment on behave of my disabled mother who just called me crying! Bc of the mistreatment of these people. She’s an elderly women who had health and heart disease. So help me something happens to her bc of this distress she has experienced. This is going to reach people in your chain mark my words and count your days I’m coming for you all. She asked for a drink bc you all made her wait for an order of fries.. very confused how that’s so complicated. Not sure why at all she was treated like trash. Customer is priority always! I’ve been in customer service last 15 years never would I treat anyone’s mother this way! Trash employees. Not letting this go bc you messed with my sick mom I almost 2 months ago to a stroke shame on you all!!!!!

There is a woman who works the drive thru at night that can never understand you, pretends to, and then puts your order in wrong. This has happened at least 4 times since I’ve moved to this area. Why they let her continue to be at the window, I have no idea

The food was good, freshly made, and hot. The staff was friendly. The location was very dirty, was unable to use the restroom due to not having toilet paper and the toilet overflowing. Unable to wash hands. The soda machine was out of order and the floor was sticky.

I love how they make it look like you get half a cup of Boba and for five bucks you should but in reality you’re lucky to get a tablespoon.

Dont come to this location, find a different location. This is the worst jack In the box I have ever been to. I ordered two lettuce wrapped burgers in drive through, in 2 different occasions, and each visit they didn’t put bacon, cheese, spread on my bacon ultimate cheese burger despite asking for extra mayo and extra bacon (paid for). The patties were dried, it didn’t have bacon, spread or cheese, and when I returned to the drive thru and told them my burger was incomplete this lady who didn’t speak any English tried to give me ketchup packets and told me to just spread it on my burger despite the fact the burger was missing more than ketchup, and we stared at each other for a few seconds as if im the idiot or something, in the end never coming back here, shame because I live a block away from here and now I gotta drive to a different location.
