I was window shopping today here in Windsor and as a past restaurant owner, I love to read menus. So as I was reading the menu on the window, a gentleman was coming out and held the door for me, I said “oh thank you but I’m just reading the menu”, with enthusiasm he said, ” oh you don’t want to miss this!” He told me they made the best food and that the owner was top notch!! At that, I told him he sold me and I entered! Beautiful menu of sandwiches and salads and soups! Glad to see Turkey options, Cracked Pepper Turkey!!
Very clean and well run, everyone was very nice, and most of all… the Cracked Pepper Turkey sandwich on “REAL SAN FRANCISCO SOURDOUGH ROLL” (that they bake fresh) was exceptionally delicious !! Very fresh tasting Turkey and the SOURDOUGH was terrific…
I highly recommend this place, I’m searching to see if there is one closer to where I live because a 4 hour drive for a sandwich doesn’t work.

Out at the Brimrod place resetting the skunk catapult to throw 75 yards, it should..providing the wind is just right either bounce them off Pinkstellers patio or land then smack dab into his pool! Either way it’ll be the greatest thing in Windsor…But not as great as the submarine sandwiches from the West Coast Sourdough Deli!

Reuben was high quality ingredients, warmed to perfection and wonderfully flavored. Service was efficient. Staff and other guests were awesome. Highly recommend. Husband and I shared one for a light dinner.

I have only been there twice the first time I just happened to be passing by stopped and ordered a Turkey salami,cheese sandwich I don’t really know why I ordered that combo I’m usually not expecting anything other than a okay sandwich ..what I got was melt in your mouth delicious sandwich the bread was so good it was crunchy yet soft the cold meats were so fresh so delicious the young server was as sweet as can be ,clean atmosphere ,with a great sandwich it’s a to do over so I brought my daughter the second time ..she agreed I will be back

Price is pretty steep for what you get. Good sandwiches, but even without a meal it was a lot of $ for 2. I want a bit more for a $12 sandwich plus tax and tip. The sourdough itself was decent but not excellent.

1st time there my Cobb salad was great! The more times I come, it seems the quality gets worse. I think today was my last visit, salad had spoiled tomatoes, salad dressing was only half full, bacon was very fatty.

This is third time I have tried to review this place. Bought tons of sandwiches here because they are good. But with that being said they are horrible at consistency. I always order extra meat but never get it. Have complained to owner only to be told he would check the cameras? What? Why does that matter? Never ever have I been offered a free sandwich even though they can see how many sandwiches I have bought there. They literally put 1 layer of Salami and one layer of turkey three different times when I asked for extra meat. Honestly with the prices they charge why do we even have to ask for extra meat?

West Coast Sourdough checked all boxes to earn a 5 star review. The restaurant was clean and there was a comfortable table empty for us. Customer service was excellent with employees greeting us with a smile and displaying outstanding manners as they took our order. Price was very reasonable and portions were plentiful. Finally, the food was very good. My Cobb salad was loaded with turkey, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato and some croutons. My wife’s Greek salad had tremendous flavor and the small was more than enough for her. West Coast Sourdough provided us with an outstanding wine country lunch and did it in a timely manner as not to be late to our next tasting. We will be back.
