i literally love the hangout sooo much, i remember the first time i ate there i got the flaming italian and omg it was amazing!! i was on the verge of passing out and it saved me LOL but my favorite is the strawberry cups… the strawberries are always so big and red and never sour! i used to get the zebra chocolate strawberries (milk + white chocolate) but ever since they brought dubai chocolate cups out they have me in a CHOKEHOLD. they also have boba which my bf loves!! there’s always good music playing and a staff member ready to help :))

Everytime I come in the staff have no customer service. Regardless, greeting your customer is basic customer service.. My drink was awful. It came out fast. Tasted very different from my previous drinks. It wasn’t just “stirred”. The taste was completely different. Even if I didn’t order it completely the same. The chair flavor wasn’t there.

I was extremely excited to try this new place, but I left extremely disappointed. The two staff members I interacted with were among the rudest I’ve ever encountered in the food service industry. I visited on Sunday the 18th, and the girl with curly hair at the register was visibly annoyed from the start. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and seemed completely uninterested in taking my order. When I asked a question, she rolled her eyes, put her hand on her hip, and looked at me as if I were wasting her time. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Wanting to give constructive feedback, I called the next day (Monday) and asked to speak with the manager or owner. Unfortunately, the man on the phone was even worse. He was rude, mocked me, laughed, and hung up on me multiple times. I stayed polite the entire time and only wanted to speak to a manager or owner so this wouldn’t hurt their business. He asked what was this referring to and when I explained that I was calling about an issue from the previous day, he said they were “not interested” and hung up on me. Thinking the call was disconnected, I called back. He pretended we hadn’t spoken and hung up again. This happened a total of four times. He mocked me and said no one would care and laughed while hanging up. I simply wanted to share feedback so the owner could address the issue.
He refused to provide the owner’s or manager’s name or contact information and continued hanging up on me. This behavior is unacceptable and will absolutely hurt your business if management doesn’t step in and take care of this unprofessionalism immediately. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was shocking. I won’t be returning.

Had trouble with my matcha with oat milk and brown syrup ($7 )being a bit chunky at the bottom and coughing from it. The owner gave me a new drink and promised to fix the issue in the future. 5 stars for any business that’s always looking to improve.The matcha still tasted great! Such good service! We decided to eat there, ordered three crepes, a sandwich, snickerdoodle coffee and cookies and crème frappe. Coffees were absolutely the best ever. Crepes came super fast and were the bombbbbb. Sandwich was also good. Food came fast but we shortly had to ask for it to go shortly after due to fussy kids. They had no problem putting it in boxes and were super kind the whole time. Definitely coming back to try more… without the kids also thought it was super funny when they announced someones “knuckle sandwich” was ready

My girl and I came in here today and got a BLT on sourdough bread, a grilled cheese, and fruit teas with popping boba. Right as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. We didn’t feel rushed to order even with how busy they were. The crew was amazing. They are very accommodating and friendly! The drinks were perfect. They have so much to offer. From sandwiches, crepes, milk teas, fruit teas, coffees, and frappes. The atmosphere is great! It is definitely welcoming and their name fits. They have games for you to play and Hangout! Definitely will be coming back and telling our friends about it!

Yelp said they closed at 10:00. We went in at 855pm they said they were closed. There were a few people in there already eating but seem like the single worker that was there was closing up. No hours on the door open sign still on, when we walked in. Not that hard to post hours or change your hours on Google or Yelp.

I understand Yelp doesn’t control your hours. My confusion came from multiple signals at the location itself — the open sign was still on, there were customers seated inside and eating, and there were no hours posted on the door or anywhere visible. We arrived at 8:55pm and were rudely told you were already closed, which was disappointing, especially with kids wanting your crepes. I’m simply sharing our experience so future customers aren’t confused the same way or waste time going there on a Friday night.
