The first time I had a burger from steak out was I was very impressed.
The thing about a good burger / sandwich is to get a bite of everything on each bite.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We placed an order for 4 13oz meals and 1 10 Oz meal; all orders being medium-well. What we received was beef jerky tips and rock bread. Then when I asked to have the order remade and delivered, they told me I would have to pay 13.00 for delivery because gas isn’t cheap. As if my gas in my vehicle uis free. Additionally, during Covid they want to exchange the meat and bread and take it back to the restaurant for review. Our order was $129.00 and we have been waiting on replacement meat for over an hour. Absolutely disgusting. This review is for the Columbus, GA location off of Manchester Expressway. I want a major refund.

I place a order from steak out here in Warner Robins Ga 31088 placed order 45 min prior to it being delivered got a call from the manager saying my location is out of the area, If so why did it allow me to place my order and why didn’t she call me 5 mins after I order. She offered me a free drink to pick it up, but I want my Cheese steak and fully baked potato. That is not how business should operate!!!

Today at 6:45pm I went to pick up an order at your Jordan Lane location. As always I check my order, because more times than not there is something missing, it was a baked potato this time. As I was goi h through the order, as associate make a loud comment about my weight while many of the other associates laughed. This is unacceptable behaviors and not how you treat paying customers. If you would can go into more detail over the phone or through email. I will not be be back at that location.

Third time in one week they’ve messed up my order. Not only that the potatoes were hard. I’ve been eating here over 10 years and never experienced the lack in customer service. They did offer a 5 dollar credit for their mistake. But what about the quality???

i called to order a porkchop dinner a hour and 15 before close, and then they called back 10 min later and said they where out of porkchops and for the inconvenience they would give a 5 dollar credit on the order, I went up there the next day and the lady said that no type of credit was in there system and would not honor it cause the dos have pork chops the night crew just did not won’t to fix them. terrible customer service.. They are a company that lies to there customers and can’t be trusted

Dirty, nasty, filthy place. The phone kept ringing with employees either walking away from it or standing around. Very loud, older black manager kept yelling across the restaurant. I waited for someone to take my order – employees standing around but no one greeted me or approached me. Won’t be back.
