I got the bacon cheese burger, fries and a drink. The fries were hot and fresh. The drink was strong like I wanted, however, the main attractions was cold . The bread was soggy and I asked for no tomatoes and had 2 huge slices of tomatoes. The lady did not speak English well, but why would you give a customer soggy bread.

The Otto’s I visited has very fast of friendly service, the wait for your food is not long even when there are a few people had a you. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was very good all except for the bun. I was not a fan of their bread selection at all. The combo comes with steak fries the fries are great. I paid a little over $9 for a cheeseburger fry combo with their drink. I do feel that that was a little expensive for what I received. The Burger was good, just not anything to dream about.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered the brisket Philly cheese steak combo which came with fries and a drink. I believe I paid close to $15 when I say it was well worth every penny this place is delicious. I hate I did not get, the lady working the registers name. When I inquired about this sandwich, she let me know how good it was. She was very nice And professional. This place is so good. I was looking on the back of the menu to see if they had any other locations. but unfortunately, they’re only in the downtown area. I definitely will be back. I plan to try Other things on the menu.10/10 I usually have pictures to post, but I was so hungry and I didn’t even think about it until after I had finished it

1. Brisket- tender, juicy, flavorful.
Owner asked if I wanted fat or lean, I love that question!! Fatty is where the flavor is, and boy did that not disappoint!!! Cooked to perfection
2. Ribs- large, tender, great flavor!
Never even used the boq sauce for the ribs, totally unnecessary. Fall off the bone, but still firm meaty texture
3. Pulled pork- so tender. Full “chunks”
Great little spot. Can’t wait till next time I’m in manitou, will definitely get again and again and again!!

I was craving a burger, so I stopped in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger all-the-way. It was… meh. It wasn’t terrible; but for the price, I was hoping for something with a bit of flavour. If you are into the type of burgers you’d get at a youth pastor’s backyard barbecue, then you’d probably find these burgers as adequate.
As for service: friendly enough. The turnaround time wasn’t too bad, either.

HOSPITAL GRADE BBQ! I had the brisket and sausage and both we mediocre with almost zero flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were no different. It’s only saving grace is it’s close by if you work downtown. Do yourself a favor and find a higher quality BBQ joint on another day.
