I am giving 4 stars because, I had an issue with waiting 15 mins for fresh, then the pizza not being fresh after the wait. That’s not the reason for my review. I am reviewing because the manager on duty named Shy was outstanding! She went above & beyond & was happy to make it right. Her customer service was excellent & she even walked the pizzas out to me with extra napkins. Hard to find young workers like her with such a great disposition. Keep up the good work shy!

All the hot and ready items are never ready during the indicated time. Ordered our food and wasn’t told some items weren’t ready until after I paid. The person at the window was rude and rolling her eyes when she told me that I had to wait on the side. There was no room to park, so we had to go on the side of the road. If I knew the items were ready, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Service and hot and ready items are just horrible.
Will not return to this little Caesar’s again.

Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes without any help. Drove around and no one there. Called and someone finally came over after they answered the phone. Then, they have no hot and ready pizza and would have to wait 10 minutes. Add the time I already had to wait and my lunch is over before it started. Don’t go here if you think it will be quick. They will just ignore you.

First and last time coming here. Got no help with deals or the app. There’s no actual menu with all options or prices. Told the app works for some people but not everyone. They don’t have a restroom and tell you to use the port o potty at the gas station across the street. No deals at all. That’s the biggest thing. Come on!
