Wonderful service! I think the young girl name was alessia and the older lady name was Heather? But me and my wife went on Sunday evening after holiday shopping for our kids. And their customer service was amazing! Usually I dislike going into this Walmart location but just because of how excellent their service was, I would return!

I waited 20 minutes just to get them to take my order then place my order. The girl dropped the pizza on the floor and then told me they didn’t have anymore. Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed! Took advantage of the special that was only available for an online order. Big mistake and I will not use online ordering ever again. My subs were awful. I asked for provolone cheese…none added. I asked for extra sauce on the meatballs…none added. The meatballs are so small it’s not even funny.

They stole my money. I ordered online, got there, and the staff claimed they didn’t have ingredients to make my order. I told them to cancel it and instead of doing so, they marked it as “picked up” I tried calling the store many times and no one would answer the phone

on an advertisement of 6.99 subway sandwiches no restrictions i was unable to obtain any sandwich at that price even though the Graham Hopedale store was on the list of participating stores .
The catch was it had to be an online order . But in doing so you have to provide the standard personal financial data . If you wish to APPLY for a specific protection on your PERSONAL INFORMATION you have to provide your personal information .
Now try to remember we are talking about a sandwich . not a car or apartment or mortgage . Of course no amount of logic was able to penetrate the highly trained sandwich maker shift leader
. No fault of her own just a common , I cant think outside the box kinda training . The owners of the home company would probably care if they knew better. Or maybe they wouldn’t . Shame . Once again this is a sandwich or is it . Seems data mining is the goal not customer satisfaction or service or anything remotely resembling such .

Getting skimpy on meats. Ordered double meat.. and got hardly any. Spoke with the owner and he states this is double meat. Save your money and go elsewhere. $10 for this sub could have gotten more at other sub chains.

Do not go to the Graham-Hopedale location after 9pm. The website says that they close at 10p. I arrived at 9:22 and was told the customers in front of us were the last customers for tonight. When I said the website says 10, the worker said “yeah”. I said it’s not 10 and I walked out. If they are not going to take orders until 10 it shouldn’t say they close at 10. Customers aren’t being served until closing.

The rating is only for food that was good everything else was terrible. I placed an order online. I arrived at the time on the order. The time they placed. I can understand timing when it comes to food but, there was 4 employees on duty. My order was 15 minutes late. I don’t understand when one who seemed to be new fixing the subs I ordered and 3 where laughing and goofing around. The store wasn’t even busy. Another customer came up with a puzzled look on his face. To me there was NO reason why my order took that long that again making 15+ minutes late. My question is why didn’t any of the other workers help get the orders out? I’ve worked food service so there’s a lot I understand but this I don’t.
