While we still miss Basil Thai, thanks to the Thai, Korean, and Malaysian dishes that this Blossoms offers, the hole in our hearts is much smaller. Very much enjoy the pad thai, red curry, bulgogi, bibimbap, and curry laska offerings!
I know it doesn’t fit the model of providing dishes in to-go containers (and I understand that choice), but if they ever offer bibimbap in hot stone bowls, I will do my part to visit as often as possible and keep it popular.

I have been professional sushi chef for over 7 years…serving a customer raw shrimp, not once but twice in a row after returning a sushi roll with raw shrimp in it to the kitchen is a testament to how uneducated the chef is in food safety, or recognizing when shrimp is properly cooked. Serving raw shrimp to someone like me with hemochromatosis can kill me. The waitstaff was excellent and their service is always great, but for the chef serving raw shrimp twice in a row is extremely concerning, and someone who is that clueless should be replaced. DO NOT ORDER SUSHI HERE, ITS NOT SAFE TO EAT! Attached is their grey raw shrimp that is translucent, another photo of what cooked shrimp looks like, and how customers can suffer from being served raw shrimp. Twice in a row…there is no excuse, and shows a complete lack of knowledge of food safety.

Ordered pickup and it was really, really good!
The hibachi steak and chicken was 10/10. The apps are a little basic, but they’re safe and predictable. Ramen tastes authentic. Good spring rolls. Salad w ginger dressing was great, too. Overall, delicious food prepared quickly, I’m happy!

Oh boy..I did not like their Ramen at all. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen with beef. It had no flavor and they forgot to add the corn which is my favorite part. The beef was like weird flavorless boiled beef that had no flavor and was very spongy. Disappointed for the price I paid for it. Probably will not try again. Staff was lovely though

Food is just okay but takeout from here is frustrating. I’ve had it happen where I was given the wrong order and didn’t notice until I got home. My only option was to come back and get the correct one (no refund offered).
Then today I placed a pickup order at 330 pm. I was told 15 minutes. I got there at 3:50 and proceeded to sit in the lobby until almost 430. Unacceptable.

Ordered food for takeout and it was ready very quickly. The chef can accommodate gluten-free needs. The price was great! Got two rolls and tofu hibachi for less than 30 bucks. Delicious

I was placing an online pickup order, I requested the California roll with a wild amount of washbi inside the roll. The kitchen understood the assignment and I was very pleased on how it turned out. I also ordered a hibachi steak bowl (medium rare) with noodles and veggies. Also with teriyaki tofu on the side. Super amazing and tender bites of steak.
This place isn’t always on top of things but tonight was definitely a great night! Cheers to the staff who assisted with my order.

I ordered a side of noodles. Very flavorful and delicious. You can adjust the heat level to what you would like.. Good size portion. Service was great. Very clean and cozy atmosphere.

First, the good… the staff was very nice and attentive and it was easy to order and quick to serve. Next, I was surprised that you order at the counter and it all comes in take out plastic (and you clean up after yourself) not good or bad, just a surprise! Now the unfortunate…the food quality was pretty poor, barely a step above Panda Express. Subpar flavors, overall bland and zero authenticity. I’m not sure how you can call that rice “fried rice” other than it was greasy. And the egg drop soup was inedible, it had no flavor. The Korean beef and Mongolian chicken were mediocre at best. For $15 meals each, I guess I expected more of a sit down restaurant quality but it’s mall food take out at best. Oh well, won’t be back!

I was excited to try Blossoms, because I enjoyed their Bay City location right after it opened. I ordered Blossom’s Fried Rice with shrimp, Egg Drop Soup, and Crab Rangoon. The Egg Drop soup was the second worst I’ve eaten. The soup had zero veg or tofu, very little egg, and the main flavor was tap water with sesame oil. The Crab Rangoon were fried until they were dark brown, and had absorbed too much oil due to being fried so long. The filling of the Crab Rangoon was tasty, at least. Blossom’s Fried Rice with shrimp lacked flavor, and shrimp. The rice was almost white in color, had very little soy sauce added to it, and had 7 small/med shrimp in it. The only flavor that came through in the Blossom’s Fried Rice was onion. I had to add my own soy and sesame oil for it to taste somewhat palatable.
