I went a few weeks ago and had terrible service. I ordered ahead of time for carside pickup and when I arrived nobody came out. I walked in and all the staff were staring at their cell phones and talking to each other. They forgot to give me something and I had to get their attention. They were very rude! I always go to this location since it’s close to where I work, but now I don’t want to go. I tried to reach out to customer service and got no response, so I guess the company doesn’t care to lose business.

Stopped by this Domino’s on a really cold day just looking for a warm place to sit while waiting for my ride. The staff was incredibly kind and let me wait inside, which I really appreciated. I recently visited this Domino’s location, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was ready quickly. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. I also appreciated the variety of menu options, including sides and desserts. Definitely one of the best Domino’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back for sure!

We’ve been having a lot of trouble with Domino’s in Needham MA recently. Over the past few months we’ve brought orders home at least 3 times and found that they didn’t give us the pizza we ordered. They do their best to fix the problem, but when you take out, you don’t want to have to open the box and inspect your pizza every time to make sure it’s what you ordered.
