Subway that is open concept right into the travel stop area. Was more clean kept than the other restaurant that adjoins it. 3 ladies working (1 in training). Older lady was crotchety, other two were pleasant. Food was consistent with other Subways.

The store has a sign offering a $7 meal deal and when asked about it we were told that they don’t offer it. If you don’t offer it change the sign, that is false advertising. The manager who did my sandwich was also very stingy with the toppings, had to ask him for extra of all the vegetables because he put like 2 onion slices on them proceeded to add like 3 more when asked for more, seriously….. Also told him exactly what to do and I had to tell him 2x. And he said okay to the first time and still proceeded to not do it…. Didn’t even give me a full scoop of chicken. Common now. Don’t waste your money at this location. False advertising is a crime in the US, so fix it.

These people cut up all of their white bread to 6” portions. I asked for a 12” and they say they only have 6” in white bread. I said “so give me two 6” for the price of a 12”. These people literally told me they would have to charge me for two sandwiches…. WILL NEVER return. No damn common sense anymore!!

What I got was very little steak, very little lettuce and the same with banana peppers
My complaint is for $8.00 you should at least get a little more wrap than $1.00 burger from Burger King
I could only hope that subway could spend a little extra time training their people on how to properly make a sandwich, rather than train them on how to cheat the customer on portion size

Not only did they try to have the place closed 30 minutes before closing, but the lack the ability to think ahead and multi task I watched a girl look for 2 minutes for a knife with at least 20 in front of her face just grab one and wash it come on. Also it frustrates me that I had to wait 10 minutes for a girl to make a 2 minute wrap, just to be let down when they have no meatballs warm. As a former employee of the establishment, out of the state of Florida, I feel I desirve the the right to carry an opinion. If you knew you didnt have a full menu express these things while your taking forever with the one other person. Maybe I just have high standards and since of urgency maybe the manager should train better. I just feel bad for everyone because they dont represent themselves well at all. I think that have to capacity to do much better, I really am not mad just disappointed.
