Not sure if this place has changed owners recently, but they used to be really nice and we never had a problem. We’ve gone here for 20 years. We went for the first time this summer and the woman got the order wrong 3 times. We asked for a twist in a cone and apparently that was hard. Then when she finally got it right it was the tiniest little bit of ice cream. We said that seems a little small, and she said she put too much in. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but I will go to Hillsborough or Somerville instead. Never had an issue there.

This Rita’s location is within minutes of my home . Unfortunately, it is EXTREMELY dirty , and you can smell the rancid smell as soon as you get to the order window. I don’t know how the health department allows them to remain open and operate . Also , there prices are extremely extremely high , three items are close to , or over $20. There is another Rita’s not that much further ( located in Warren ) , that offers a spotless environment and reasonable prices !! I HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else !!

Ordered ice cream in a cone and got ice cream in a plastic cup. When I pointed this out to the lady, she just said I had ordered it in a plastic cup. Which was not the case and I drew your attention to that. She just said, I can put a cone on top. But that wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered an ice cream in cone. After that I didn’t feel like the ice cream in the plastic cup anymore. She didn’t even bother for change or clear the situation. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Yesterday I went to this place at approximately 6PM and returned to my car at 6:45 PM.
First and last time.
The treatment of the crew was the worst.
They were speaking more than they worked .. Too slow.
All the people were complaining. Jeremiah, boy who was in training, must be trained by another person at the time the leader is attending. It is a good company but it will not be successful if it continues like this.
Read the suggestions. Make the staff more efficient and effective. Faster and less runway modeling with attitute.

Staff was very friendly and helpful on free Rita’s night, especially the young lady Nia working in the window whose name tag said she was training. Wonderful infectious energy 🙂 very much appreciated in the poor weather

I love this Rita’s until right now. I just spent $25.xx. I ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter Blendini with chocolate custard and chocolate ice. There is NO custard at all & I just threw it out. Waste of money!!! I hate all custard taste. Also, my kids two orders were messed up too.

This was our first time at this particular Ritas and the women that was serving at the window kind of ignored us while she texted on her phone, so I moved closer to the window so she could see that we were still waiting, then she put her phone down and offered to help us. They did not have green apple flavor. So I asked to try a few samples, which she gave me but all the samples tasted watered down..So I thought maybe it’s just a coincidence so I got a mango misto and my boyfriend got a gelati and his had chucks of ice stuck at the bottom of the cup and mine just tasted like water. It was a waste of money because I didn’t drink the misto and he threw some of his gelati out. I would not recommend.

I was very disappointed today, I stopped here to get a quart of custard for my daughter, who just had her wisdom teeth removed, I didn’t mind that it was $11.00’s, however, when I got home and was scooping some into a bowl, except for the top, there was a huge hole in the middle, wider than the width of a tablespoon, all the way to the bottom! So I felt that I was ripped off. There was no way, this was a quart. How sad
