I got the submarine sandwich and the ham on it is horrendous, it tatse fake and it’s all shredded up. Everywhere else I’ve gotten a submarine sandwich from or a po boy with ham it’s been sliced honey or black forest ham. The Cajun curly fries are really good though. The person who took our order and brought us our food was really nice. They told us it would take an hour for the food, then we went to get the food, but they told us to wait another 10 to 15 minutes because the stuff was in the oven, but we ended up waiting 30 minutes I wasn’t happy with that. The pirces are decent for the portions.

The service was great, and extremely quick. We had Red Beans and Rice and the Steak Tips. My husband had the red beans and rice, and it was good, but it could’ve used some spice. I had the steak tips, and it was all very good! Such a good Southern meal for our visit.

This place is amazing. If you like Fried pickle chips this is the place to get them. Once you have tried just them you will go back for more, seriously the are the best even after a day in the fridge. Crispy and tasty like you had just picked them up. Fried mushrooms and the sandwiches are awesome.

Consistently great service and food. Their menu hasn’t changed a whole lot which makes it great for people who know that Friday is either meatloaf or brisket day! Hidden gem: pickle chips and the gourmet burger on mesquite bun.

Really love the food. I got smothered pork chops, rice and gravy, fried okra, purple hull peas and hot water corn bread. The pork chop was so tender you could cut it with a spoon. Also got the same with a fried pork chop and it was equally as good. Only place in town that serves home cooked meals. Awesome.
