If a restaurant ever needed a Manager, it’s this one. We stopped in a couple of hours before a major concert at US Bank Stadium just a couple of blocks away. We waited just a few minutes for a table to open up but once we sat down is when things took a turn. They appeared to have a lot of staff running around but there didn’t seem to be a dedicated server or a bus person for each table. We’d see employees whizzing by but no one came to take our order. We finally walked to the bar from our table to order after maybe 20 minutes. As we were concerned about the time everything was taking we just ordered a simple pizza which was sub par.
We run a business that utlilizes several production lines.
We know how this can work but this place seemed to have a lot of people doing the same thing (working very hard, as I mentioned) but no one directing the operation.
Most people there were attending the concert we were going to as you could tell from their attire. One thing Oui COULD do on the night’s with major events is have a special menu with slices of pizza already available and small plates that are easy for the kitchen to put together. Even a charcuterie plate would have been appreciated.
We had to serve ourselves at the bar, ask for silverware & napkins & keep asking different people how long things would be taking. Simply not necessary and the staff there needed support. We would love to have ordered more drinks and food but we simply couldn’t risk waiting around for things to happen. I wonder how much money Oui could have made that night had they only had it together.
It’s a cute place in a great location. Could be wonderful.
Hire yourselves a decent Manager.

Trendy upscale eatery and bar attached to The Radisson Red. The atmosphere was cool but the food was average and a bit pricey – at least what I had.
The Waffle Mac Sandwich with fried chicken was good but in all honesty it seemed like a frozen waffle with some canned Mac and cheese. The chicken however was great – it just didn’t all come together as well as I thought it would have.
I would still come back – just possibly grab something else to eat.

I ordered avocado & brie bruschetta and my boyfriend had ramen, both were simple but good ! The place is cozy and well decorated, the waitresses are nice, I totally recommend it !

Just stopped here for a few drinks after dinner. We found the service wonderful and friendly. We did not have food.
We sat at the bar for about a half hour. The area between the bar and the lobby was a little bare and felt more like an adjunct, a snack bar, so if you are hoping for a more cozy area, try the lounge area past the bar.
Overall it was nice, if not a little sterile.

New restaurant/bar that is bright and fun! Service was incredible, food was fantastic, and I had to have a handful of margaritas. Will definitely be back, highly recommend!

New opening hours because of covid: friday and Saturday night only. Check before going their!
The bar/restaurant is located in the red radison hotel.
I liked the place, it has Good vibe, and bar tender is nice. Food is normal quality, beers are OK.

Went for food and a beer before a METALLICA concert. Poor planning on the managers part There are no servers on the patio. You have to go to the beer tub which is no problem no line, cold, and great price. but you can’t order food unless you are sitting AT a table inside. What a bummer.
