I just discovered this place a couple of months ago and I’ve been there almost every day! The people are super friendly and their food and smoothies and bowls are the best I’ve had from anywhere! I definitely recommend! This is the location in Crescent Springs ❤️

if i could give zero stars i would. i went to this location and had the most inedible smoothie imaginable. it had tasted like rotten fruit , and in turn it was inedible. i then proceeded to reach out to the customer service team, and in turn they sent me a letter in the mail. which said they’d give me a $10 store credit, which didn’t work. like not even on the app, or anything it just legit didn’t work. so not only am
i out the 9 bucks my disgusting smoothie cost, but their customer service is beyond terrible. if i were you i would take your service elsewhere.

Alex and Roy are always SO nice when I visit this location! This is an excellent family owned Tropical and I actually drive 10 minutes further than another location by my house because the quality and service is so amazing here!

Every single time I have been here in the past 3 years there has been huge chunks of plastic in my smoothie. If it was just one time I would write it off as a mistake but it is every single time I get a smoothie. This is extremely dangerous. The establishment should really take a look at what is causing this issue and fix it or just shut down for the safety of the customers.

Today was my first visit to the Crescent Springs Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I received fast and friendly service. I used the mobile app to order a Sunrise Sunset for my daughter and an Island Punch for myself (just before it leaves the menu for the season!), and they were both fantastic. The added vitamin B12 boost gave us both the extra energy we needed, plus the nutrients helped fuel my daughter properly during a migraine flare up. I’m so grateful for the close location, speedy service, and kindness from the staff. You made a difference! I’ll be returning soon.
