It was a stop before heading home from shopping. 1st experience here.

I had ordered a Ramen variation. The only reason behind the -1 with the food is because of how the broth was. It wasn’t too MY personal liking. Its’ broth reminded me of a light version of the Creamy Chicken Ramen package. Which I am not a fan of. And, only RECALL eating those 3 times in my entire life ! Because of the texture. So, it could’ve been some sort of thickening agent added in? Not sure ‍♂️.

Other than that, quiet environment, quick service, hot FLAVORFUL food, great attentive waitress, & seemed clean .

Gratuity is automatic w/ the dine in, from my bill. Which didnt bother me. But, I did add a little extra for my waitress. Now, im not sure of wait staff keeps 100% of their tips or if any of it goes to the company. That would’ve be nice to know, since it is added automatically.

I’ll more than like go again, just to try a different Ramen.

Cashing in on the Ramen “crazy” isn’t exactly hard.

However, what the title of this establishment lacks in originality, they make up for with service and food quality.

Pro: The menu is not just generic, far east staples, and their appetizers, although cliche are made with near perfect levels of seasoning.

Good service, clean bathrooms.

Cuisine is complimeted by rarely seen at this scale of restaurant exotic non boba drinks although Yes! Boba is present, sake is also dping some heavy lifting with boosting thos score as well.

Portion size may not fit personal preferences, but this is both a pro and a con.

Cons:

After now visiting 5 times instead of my usual order, in-person visit, order, in-person system. I’ve found myself conflicted by the aesthetics of this location needing to warrant the multiple extra trips.

The in-house aesthetics/atmosphere has the over done lets put things of interest around the higher corner of the walls and ceiling. But also, their display montiors of which there seem to be about 5 are almost always muted and showing subtitles on their Japlan location.

However, the music is legitimately some slow jam stlye R&B, grey accents in the seating, brightly colored wood furniture.

Separately, none of these items are “problematic,” so I say all that with the asterisk of you may not care.

What I can not and have never forgiven, is having visibly damaged eating utensils and accessories in circulation.

Although I only spitred one item having exposed ceramic the fact that its in rotation is one of the only issues.

Otherwise, the use of barley a full cup very wide glasses for water and the more basic drinks in place of more vertical cups is legitimately baffling. Yes, they came from Ikea, but the issue is how small the cups utilized for something as basic as water is, 2 small gulps and your done.

Portion size may not fit personal preferences, but this is both a pro and a con.

This restaurant staff has well trained servers, definitely peaceful even at busy times.

Good food and some actual effort put into the drinks menu.

You can’t go wrong if you want quiet time or just something non traditional that won’t break the bank.

If the biggest problem I can muster is the buildings aesthetics and maybe the lack of soy sauce being readily available on the table is an issue, then you should feel no issues with going here for your next meal.

Easily a 3.5 out of 5.

Went here with a friend and everything was delicious! We enjoyed all the food we tried. The appetizers are reasonably priced, not overpriced like other places. The strawberry mixed sake was so refreshing, the ramen is delicious and the takoyaki was really good. Overall, everything here was really good and worth coming back for.

GRATUITY IS ALREADY INCLUDED ON THE BILL!

Second time getting food from this restaurant. First time ordered for delivery and this last time was dine in. The atmosphere is nice, cozy and the service was great! (Staff was very attentive) The food was delicious and portions were good. The only thing i didnt like was that gratuity was automatically added to the bill, but it still has the boxes in the bottom to add the tip. I had ordered alot of food, as i was treating myself after a long day at work, so when I got my check I figured it was going to be an expensive meal. Yes, reading is fundamental and if I would have read my receipt completely before signing and filling it, I would have noticed that the gratuity was already added, instead I ended up double tipping and not noticing till later when i was checking my receipt again. Maybe it stated before hand on the menu that they charge an 18% gratuity automatically and i missed it?
But other than that, like i mentioned the food was good. Ended up spending $48.48 with the double tip.

Cute spacious restaurant. The service was quick and pleasant. I ordered the short rib as an appetizer. The flavor was there but the meat was tough. My daughter throughly enjoyed her ramen. I forget which one she had but you add or dip the noodles into the ramen. If you don’t eat pork make sure to ask which broth is not pork based because many of their selections are pork. I had the red curry ramen with the meat removed and shrimp and egg added. Unfortunately it was not spicy enough for me and the ramen needed salt.

MY FAVORITE RAMEN PLACE IN ALL CHICAGO! As much as I want to gatekeep, I can’t. The flavor in the broth is incomparable to any other. Service is quick, food is delicious, and the price is great. You’ll definitely leave happy & full.

So I got great news that my A1C was exactly where it was supposed to be. That means a celebratory meal is deserved! This place is in a strip mall at 9646 S. Western Avenue. The decor was nice and the service was fantastic! I’d have to say that the employees are some of the friendliest I’ve ever met.
As I was enjoying my appetizer, my waitress brought me onion rings….for free. She said it was on the house? What? How’d that happen? I graciously accepted. The appetizers were very good.
I chose the beef Ramen for my main course. It was a perfect blend of ingredients. Delicious. I can’t enough on just how attentive the staff was. I recommend fans of Ramen check this place out.

Amazing food and service. Loved how attentive the staff was, decor was bright and modern. We tried the age tofu and kaarage, both were fresh and tasty! I had the red curry ramen with egg; not too spicy and very warming. He had the seafood ramen, solid choice with additional chili! Can’t wait to try this spot again!

My husband & I love this place. They have healthy choices regarding cuisine. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. I’ve tried several things on the menu. Try their salted cucumber, I want to learn how to make that at home. Can be a really good snack in opposed to potatoe chips.

Not one to write reviews often but I was turned off from this place by a couple of things. The service was pretty ok overall and the food was decent. I had short ribs as an appetizer. The meat was tough and it tasted like it was pre-cooked and microwaved. After that, I ordered the miso ramen soup. It was just OK. I’m new to the ramen scene but out of the few ramen restaurants I’ve tried, this was my first disappointment. The base was OK but the pork included was flavorless. Regardless, it was all tolerable until the check came. The tip was already included on the original check. After they swiped my card and bought the final receipt, I see they asked for additional tips while changing the language from the original receipt from “tips” to “gratuity”. One thing I absolutely hate is when restaurants engage in predatory tipping. I likely won’t visit there again because of that. I just want to make people aware of the process before they dine in here.
