the taco pizza and cheese bread were awful. filled with grease, huge lettuce chunks in a side container, and just disgusting. everything tastes the same all I taste is grease. Also, who sends a taco pizza without salsa and sour cream? plain tortilla chips too? really? no seasoning, nothing. worst pizza I’ve had in a long time.

pizza was not sealed with door dash tab either for anyone who orders through the app.

First time me and the lady have ever had deep dish. Both of us have been wanting to try it for a long time. Placed order over the phone. They were pretty busy when I arrived. Minimal staff pumping out orders. Staff was super kind. They were apologetic for the wait but it was really no problem with how busy they were. 11/10 the pizza was absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best we’ve had. Would recommend to everyone. Will be ordering again soon.

This is only the second time we have tried pizza extreme and it was terrible. The first time was great. I’m not sure what happened this time but the stuffed Hawaiian pizza was undercooked and not cut (and we did NOT choose the half baked option) the chicken tenders were undercooked and had no seasoning, as well as the chicken wings were under cooked and the sauce tasted strange. The cookie was good but its hard to mess up cookies.

Ordering online is super easy but there must be something going on this week. I ordered a pizza yesterday and it took two hours to get to my house due to them having a lot of orders which is just unacceptable. Despite that experience I ordered again the next day to give it another try. I ordered a pizza and wings however the delivery driver gave me gyros instead. I called to try and either get a refund or credit and to get the food I originally ordered. I was told I could get either an over the phone credit or wait another hour for my wings to be delivered and keep the gyros. I would gladly return the gyros to get the wings I originally ordered. I decided to simply just wait for the wings another 30min to 1 hour but this is ridiculous. Why would I want an over the phone credit (which I’m not guaranteed they would honor) when I’ve already had two back to back negative experiences? Overall the pizza is really good. I have no notes for the customer service person I spoke to before the manager. But, the pizza is not that good. Maybe the in person experience is better but be wary if you are ordering delivery.

I loved my first experience at pizza xtreme! The pizza and wings were so delicious and fresh and our server Sam was so attentive. He was knowledgeable and the perfect example of a perfect employee. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

Food was awful honestly. The pizza was doughy. I was supposed to get a chicken pizza and it did not taste like chicken at all. My stomach is in pain from the food I ordered. I truly feel like vomiting. I am unsure if I am sick from bad chicken or if they gave me pork. (I’m allergic to pork). The spicy cheesy bread was also very doughy and had no seasoning or taste other than grease. The chicken bites, although they tasted like chicken were not as pictured or described. They were disgusting. I’ve never eatten such gross food before. Nothing was fresh or flavorful.

first and for most who wants to sit at a bar with one bar stoll but 6 tv to watch there are more tables then there is chairs. secondly i was next in line and the guy oreded his food got the channel set to his liking an then the employee carried on to his tasks not even The slightest bit of acknowledgment that I was there for asking me how can I help you? What is it you would like are you being served already no I had to actually walk up to him and confront him and ask him what it was, I need this place sucks and they dont deserve any stars but of course i had to add one star just make this review i in everyway possable will make sure that any and everyone know this service is the worste for food and beverag thanks so much for a horrable experiance ‼️‼️‼️

Well tbh I stopped on a whim. Went in and it was empty. Despite being in the center of downtown Madison? Crazy but ok. Let’s sit. I ordered a tap beer, no tap beer. I settled with a second choice but wasn’t very happy. I began to check out the menu and proceeded to order and was told they no longer have that. This happened again with 2 other menu items. I felt bad for the gentleman behind the counter because he truly felt bad telling me they just don’t have those items. Once again I settled on a couple items I normally wouldn’t order. Why order you ask? Why not walk out you ask? Well I try to support small businesses and this one is close to my heart for personal reasons. So I figured why not. I haven’t been there for years and I probably won’t go back for food. If this was an actual Bar only it may be more successful. If they can keep the tap open that is… at the end of the day my son enjoyed the pizza. Hope this helps a bit.
