The first thing that caught us off guard is that all of the ordering screens were not working. Could not use the speaker on them. We used the drive through instead. The cashier needed a better headset or a good ear cleaning. I’ve never heard someone say huh so many times in such a short amount of time. Had trouble repeating the order back to us, but we managed to make it through. Got our food and quickly realized that our burgers had no patties on them. I’m usually not one to take my food back, but this was unavoidable. Fries were cold, but it was fine. Probably the worst sonic I’ve been too.

Hit the drive thru for LUNCH today. So DELICIOUS. EXACTLY how I ordered it and FAST FAST FAST. Service with a SMILE. GREAT FOOD. If I could RATE 10 STARS I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have never had an issue with the service I have received and the food is ok but I would recommend that the drive through speaker be fixed/replaced. You cannot hardly hear what is being said and they obviously can’t hear through it inside very well either as I was asked multiple times to repeat my order. It would also be nice to have the drive up spaces open and available yo order from.

I ate at sonic last night had a strawberry cream slush cheese sticks a fry and a cheeseburger and I got food poisoning. So watch out for this place and eating there. I traveled to Wyoming to see and be with my husband and now I’m sick as a dog and hopi g I’m better by tomorrow to travel. I’m so miserable. Thank you for this sonic. I will not return

We were coming through Rock Springs and my internet connection was poor and my was not opening. The guy at the register who was very friendly told me if I showed him that I had the app he would give me my drinks half price. I thought was very nice. When we left I realized the drinks were not half price and we didn’t receive my husbands foot long coney dog. Pretty bummed about the whole thing because once you leave Rock Springs there is nothing for a long while. All in all a poor experience with this location.

Now I wish I had taken some photos after reviewing some of the recent reviews for this Artic Circle, because this place is excellent—and they deserve 5 stars. The drive-through was lightning fast, the shrimp and fries were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My family drives to Rock Springs to Green River just for a few minutes at this fast food place. Y’all are great. 🙂

Orange Slush was good. Corn dogs were not. They were cooked ahead and put in a warming bin. The outside was barely warm and mushy, the dog inside was cool. These should not be cooked until ordered.

Ordered at drive thru but told guy on speaker to cancel the order because I left my wallet at home. Told him I would be back later. It took about 20 minutes to get back so I went in and told lady at cash reg. about being there earlier, apologizing. She said no problem and took my order. I waited 12 minutes and the guy with the ear bud taking drive-thru orders brought a bag that I had seen on the shelf and gave it to the cashier then walked off. Of course it was the order he had not canceled over 30 minutes prior. The cherry limeade slushes were not slushes. They were very busy and I have a microwave in my motorhome (we are travelling) so I let it slide but doubt I would stop there again.

Don’t go inside! The tables, bathroom and floor were disgusting even after they sent someone to “clean”. I got napkins and ended up doing it myself. I hope the kitchen standards are better than what I saw…

The Basic Hamburger and Fries were ICE COLD. THE HAMBURGER BUN WAS STALE AND HARD. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT A SONIC AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I HOPE I DONT GET SICK.I tried to upload photos to the SONIC FEEDBACK WEBSITE AND I WAS BLOCKED. The dining room and kitchen are FILTHY. THE WHOLE RESTAURANT NEEDS A GUT AND REMODELING. THE CEILING IS LEAKING.. I JUST WONDER IF THE VENTILATION FILTERS HAVE BEEN CHANGED!? The basic Cone was okay but the soft serve ice cream has too much AIR in it.
