Best sandwich in the valley. I’d take this over kneaders! Turkey pesto, honey chicken, and the breakfast burrito were all amazing.
My daughter said the grilled cheese was the best she’s ever had (and I fancy myself a Connisuer).
The scan cinnamon roll was amazing too.

Love this bakery. They have excellent sandwiches, bread, and pastries. Their Reuben sandwich is amazing. I highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality food.

Mimicking a previous customer’s review! I’m all about supporting our town’s businesses. But The Rustic Oven’s prices are pretty steep. I saw the owner’s comment saying that they haven’t raised prices in 3.5 years. But they were already high in the first place from my first visit back in 2022. Only the new folks moving here with money can become regulars and not us longtime Middleton residents. It’s tough for some, especially seniors and people with lower incomes. Maybe some budget-friendly options could make it easier for everyone to enjoy. We ordered a few “regular-sized” cinnamon rolls and a couple of breakfast burritos, and I was shocked when she said $45 and some change. And $20 for a basic, 8-inch apple pie seems way too high. We won’t be back again.

There’s nothing better than a local, family owned bakery. Their pastries and bread are made from scratch and are wonderful, and their hot sandwiches can’t be beat. The employees are lovely as well!

Been here for lunch a few times, every time the sandwiches are excellent. Tried the snickerdoodle cookies this last as a dessert and bought a bunch more before leaving. Forgot to take a picture of the roast beef sandwich but I did get one of the cookies. Will be back again!

My family and I ate lunch here the other day and had the best experience. Not only is the food delicious (I got the Rustic salad and highly recommend) but the service was great and they were so kind. Between the four adults, there were five little kids with us and we definitely made a bit of a mess. When we tried to go back and tip a little extra, the girls were so kind and told us that it was really not a big deal. Such a friendly vibe that invites all to come and eat!

One of the best bakeries in the valley! Great service, friendly staff, and some of the best food ever! We got a cold sandwich, hot sandwich, and breakfast burrito. Everything was delicious! We also had to get a few baked goodies for the trip home. We got a brownie, cookie, and orange roll. Do yourself a favor and try anything from the Rustic Oven. You will not be disappointed.
