I normally do not write reviews for fast food chains but this Burger King in Pendleton made the best Impossible Whopper I’ve ever had. At most Burger Kings, they come a bit soggy or smooshed, but for whatever reason this place makes them like a gourmet burger. Had to leave a positive review. The whole meal was delicious.

Wow! Have a lot of catching up to do! Have reviewed in almost a year. On my current road trip I chose BK over McDonald’s and what a great choice. The Whopper doesn’t disappoint. The service was a little slow because they were slammed, but once they did get to me at the counter they were smiling, friendly, and hustling. It’s still the same size Whopper as decades ago. No “shrinkflation”. Thank you BK for holding the line. Delicious burger.

It seems the food seem dried out. The only lady always forgets to put your fries in. They never give you napkins or ketchup. Go to Jack n Box. Better food, prices and they get your order correct

I just ordered BK via DoorDash. My dasher was amazing. But when I received my order, (double cheeseburger and nuggets) the double cheeseburger was not made at all. Just two patties and a bun. Not only that, but it took 40 minutes to receive my order. I placed my order at 2:20 and my dasher texted me at 2:45 that they had not even began to make my order. To the Burger King manager: why are you even open if you don’t give a damn about the quality of food? I’m still going to eat it because I’m hungry, but please do better.

This place needs to hire servers able to communicate better. The two women talked so fast, they had to repeat every question.. the croissant sandwich wasn’t good. Churros has the same old greasy taste.

We waited 25 mins for double cheeseburgers we were the only ones at the drive thru and were to told to pull around front to wait . Several cars pulled up after up and were all served quickly while waited parked 25 mins. The lady came out and said sorry we had to cook thr meat. I mean we only ordered double cheese burgers youncould cook a steak in less time. Also the chicken fries and French fries were super cold. It was not a great experience. We will make sure ass this location up on future trips.

Bathroom was disgusting. First ones in line, took so long for any staff member to acknowledge us that we nearly walked out. The next people in line waited so long that they finally just left. A customer entered because she had gotten the wrong food in the drive-through, and the employee took it from them and placed it back in the warmer for the next customer, after asking the lady if she had touched the food. There is clearly a management issue here.

We stopped here to get a quick meal for our daughter who has a wheat allergy. We asked for a lettuce wrapped burger, which is a pretty simple and common request, but the first person didn’t seem to understand. After some confusion, another employee offered to just put the bun on the side, which was fine. The real issue was when we opened the food and realized they didn’t even include a meat patty. Just the bun we couldn’t use. So we basically paid for the most expensive bun ever, and our daughter didn’t even get a meal. This should have been an easy request. Allergy or not, it’s frustrating when something so basic gets missed. Really disappointed.
