This was my first time having them and they definitely left a lasting impression and taste! My sandwich was soooo good. It was put together so nicely and with nice portions of everything. Very fulfilling! The staff was absolutely wonderful and even took the time to watch a video to make sure I got what I was looking for when I thought they would have it or be able to do it. They were super patient and kind. The building is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. 10 outta 10 easily and will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area.

Was not greeted when walked in. Never even acknowledged by the staff. Grabbed the bag of food on the counter with my name on it and left.
Ordered 2 chicken cheese steak and got 2 beef steak. Didn’t realize until home 15 min from store. Tried to call to get rectified, and no one ever answered.
Can’t eat steak due to a food allergies.

This place needs a serious deep clean! I wish I would have seen the floor behind the counter before I ordered. I lost my appetite.. workers seemed like I was bothering them with my business. Very disappointed!

Sunday lunch rush, store only had one employee working. I count this as a failure in management and ownership. However lucky for them the employee who was there was amazing! Dee did everything efficiently and professionally. He stayed organized, calm, and friendly in a stressful situation. He gave each customer the best service possible under the circumstances. Dee deserves a raise or his own franchise
