The manager personally came to our table after I ordered to review my gluten concerns and further explain exactly how my food would be prepared. That level of care and communication made me feel genuinely comfortable and confident ordering.
They were also patient and thorough in discussing my additional allergies, and I had plenty of clearly safe options to choose from, which is not always easy to find. I ordered the filet with the market scallops, and it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and one of the top steaks I have had in Colorado. I finished the meal with a bowl of lemon sorbet, the perfect way to wrap up the dinner. I have very high standards, and this meal exceeded them.
The cocktail menu and wine by the glass selections were excellent as well. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I would highly recommend to anyone with celiac disease or serious gluten free needs who still wants an exceptional dining experience.
I chose to have the lobster mac and cheese as my meal. I had eaten it once before, albeit at the south location and a few years ago. When it arrived, it looked promising. Unfortunately it was pretty bland. I ended up asking for salt and not eating much of it. My partner got the spice rubbed ribeye. He ordered it medium rare and it came out rare. It also wasn’t seasoned well, if at all. The béarnaise* sauce was delicious. I appreciated that the sauces were listed as addable extras. For the price, I would have liked twice as much as I received.
The duck fat potatoes were salty and crispy on the outside. Notably, one of the people down the table from us ordered them but they got some seemingly extra things added to theirs? We didn’t get around to asking.
Though the dessert menu doesn’t appear to be available online, I made a note to mention the desserts. The chocolate mousse dessert is rich and dark and is honestly a small cake like dessert. The butter cake, like-wise, is slightly spiced maybe? And comes with a really good lemon sauce. The menu for this one did mention berries and I didn’t receive any. Again, I would have liked much more of the lemon sauce. I did ask for more, and did receive a decent portion. It also comes with a very generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, also not mentioned on the menu. My partner got the marzipan carrot cake which he said was very very good and also came in a large portion. He said it paired well with the ice cream from my butter cake.
The staff was all friendly and timely with refills and requests. Everybody was gracious about my questions. Boxes were offered at the end of the meal and brought out swiftly.
The food was also incredible. We ordered the Million Dollar Bacon for an appetizer, and it was thick, sweet, savory, and cooked perfectly. Loved it! I had the filet mignon, and we split potatoes purée and roasted mushrooms. (I’d put what he ordered, but I forgot.) The drinks were great, and it wasn’t too crowded, especially for a Friday night the week before Valentine’s Day.
I’d recommend Prime25 to anyone, especially for celebrations. Thank you for a wonderful dinner on our wedding day!
Our favorite apps are hands down the crab cakes & the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp are huge which make it the perfect app to split!
You really can’t go wrong with any of their steaks, but the A5 waygu is a highlight for sure (pictured below). Always cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. For sides, the duck fat potatoes are a must, and you have to try the kung pao cauliflower (even if you aren’t a cauliflower fan. They’re light, crispy and little spicy, we make everyone try them).
It also happened to be my birthday weekend, and the team completely surprised me with a flourless chocolate cake topped with a sparker and a hand-signed card from the staff — such a personal and thoughtful touch! One of the cooks, Caden, even came out to say hello when he heard we were dressed in our Roaring 20’s costumes for Halloween (he was in an amazing steampunk outfit himself!).
The food was beyond delicious — every single person at our table ordered something different, and we all ended up sharing because everything was so good we couldn’t pick a favorite. The service was perfectly attentive, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you could feel that everyone on the team genuinely cared about making it a special night.
We’re thrilled this new north location has opened — it absolutely deserves to thrive. We’ll definitely be back soon. Bravo to the entire team for such a memorable and joy-filled evening!
As we have gluten-free needs, we are very picky on how food is prepared and labeled. The server was knowledgeable and guided us through what was safe for those with celiac.

The service was just as impressive. Our server RA (and the support staff) handled a large group effortlessly—attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. Drinks stayed full, requests were handled quickly, and everyone felt genuinely taken care of.
The atmosphere tied it all together. The space was welcoming, comfortable, and energetic without being too loud, making it easy for our entire group to enjoy great conversation while still feeling part of a lively dining scene.
Hosting a party of 10 can be challenging for any restaurant, but this team made it look easy. Highly recommend for special occasions, group dinners, or anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. We’ll absolutely be back.
