As someone with celiac disease who is highly sensitive, cross contamination is always my biggest concern when dining out. I had absolutely no concerns here. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable about gluten free handling and took the time to walk me through their food handling and cooking process in detail. They take it very seriously, using a clean, dedicated prep area, changing gloves, and using clean pans and utensils, with no cross contamination or cross contact.
The manager personally came to our table after I ordered to review my gluten concerns and further explain exactly how my food would be prepared. That level of care and communication made me feel genuinely comfortable and confident ordering.
They were also patient and thorough in discussing my additional allergies, and I had plenty of clearly safe options to choose from, which is not always easy to find. I ordered the filet with the market scallops, and it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and one of the top steaks I have had in Colorado. I finished the meal with a bowl of lemon sorbet, the perfect way to wrap up the dinner. I have very high standards, and this meal exceeded them.
The cocktail menu and wine by the glass selections were excellent as well. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I would highly recommend to anyone with celiac disease or serious gluten free needs who still wants an exceptional dining experience.

We dined at Prime25 as a group of twelve. We ordered the million dollar bacon, shrimp cocktail, and iberico croquettes as appetizers. The bacon was phenomenal, packed with flavor. The shrimp were deveined, and extremely large. They came with a ton of rather delicious cocktail sauce. The croquettes were buttery and flavorful and the caviar on top is a nice touch, but I would mention it on the menu.
I chose to have the lobster mac and cheese as my meal. I had eaten it once before, albeit at the south location and a few years ago. When it arrived, it looked promising. Unfortunately it was pretty bland. I ended up asking for salt and not eating much of it. My partner got the spice rubbed ribeye. He ordered it medium rare and it came out rare. It also wasn’t seasoned well, if at all. The béarnaise* sauce was delicious. I appreciated that the sauces were listed as addable extras. For the price, I would have liked twice as much as I received.
The duck fat potatoes were salty and crispy on the outside. Notably, one of the people down the table from us ordered them but they got some seemingly extra things added to theirs? We didn’t get around to asking.
Though the dessert menu doesn’t appear to be available online, I made a note to mention the desserts. The chocolate mousse dessert is rich and dark and is honestly a small cake like dessert. The butter cake, like-wise, is slightly spiced maybe? And comes with a really good lemon sauce. The menu for this one did mention berries and I didn’t receive any. Again, I would have liked much more of the lemon sauce. I did ask for more, and did receive a decent portion. It also comes with a very generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, also not mentioned on the menu. My partner got the marzipan carrot cake which he said was very very good and also came in a large portion. He said it paired well with the ice cream from my butter cake.
The staff was all friendly and timely with refills and requests. Everybody was gracious about my questions. Boxes were offered at the end of the meal and brought out swiftly.

We went to Prime25 last night (February 6) after a small wedding in my grandmother’s hospital room. Our server, Jessica, went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable. She was friendly, familiar with the menu, made great recommendations, and took a photo for us. When she asked if we were celebrating anything, she got so excited that we had just gotten married. It was so sweet! When she asked where we got married, she was really kind and offered condolences. She was incredible.
The food was also incredible. We ordered the Million Dollar Bacon for an appetizer, and it was thick, sweet, savory, and cooked perfectly. Loved it! I had the filet mignon, and we split potatoes purée and roasted mushrooms. (I’d put what he ordered, but I forgot.) Our favorite apps are hands down the crab cakes & the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp are huge which make it the perfect app to split!
You really can’t go wrong with any of their steaks, but the A5 waygu is a highlight for sure (pictured below). Always cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. For sides, the duck fat potatoes are a must, and you have to try the kung pao cauliflower (even if you aren’t a cauliflower fan. They’re light, crispy and little spicy, we make everyone try them).

We visited the new north location last night and had the most incredible dining experience from start to finish! Our server, Roland, went above and beyond — I asked about gluten-free options, and he took the time to walk through the entire menu, explaining what was safe for me and why. That kind of care and attention is so rare and so appreciated.
It also happened to be my birthday weekend, and the team completely surprised me with a flourless chocolate cake topped with a sparker and a hand-signed card from the staff — such a personal and thoughtful touch! One of the cooks, Caden, even came out to say hello when he heard we were dressed in our Roaring 20’s costumes for Halloween (he was in an amazing steampunk outfit himself!).
The food was beyond delicious — every single person at our table ordered something different, and we all ended up sharing because everything was so good we couldn’t pick a favorite. The service was perfectly attentive, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you could feel that everyone on the team genuinely cared about making it a special night.
We’re thrilled this new north location has opened — it absolutely deserves to thrive. We’ll definitely be back soon. Bravo to the entire team for such a memorable and joy-filled evening!

We were so excited that one of our favorite restaurants was expanding up north!!! we celebrated a good friend’s birthday there and it was extra special! The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable! It’s hard to find exceptional service and food together!

We had the pleasure of dining here last night and it was everything I expected it to be. Marshall’s service was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable about the wine and made great cocktails. The food was fabulous and the ambience everything I expect from a steakhouse. Most of the table had filet mignon, I had the NY strip, all the sides were delicious and the appetizers were top notch. It is great to finally find a steakhouse in town that meets the level of experience I have had in the Seattle area and have struggled to find since. Will definitely be back.

Went with a friend Tuesday night and had a wonderful evening, from being greeted warmly as we walked in, to being seated immediately in a beautiful booth with a view of the bar and the enormous flat screen TV above it. The servers all took excellent care of us during the nearly 3 hours we were there. We ordered the bacon appetizer, steaks with multiple sides, and several cocktails. The food was phenomenal, my ribeye was cooked exactly as I like it, and the server went to great lengths to ask questions above our preferences on everything.
