This place is great food. Customer service is awesome. They do have a small dining room but very roomy. The gentleman told me they do a lot of catering and delivery service but they do take orders inside as well. I highly recommend to stop here to get subs if you’re in the area.

I haven’t tasted a Cousin’s sub for decades. However, I’ve been trying different kinds of subs in the past year, and was looking forward to having this Wisconsin born submarine sandwich. Keeping with consistency, I ordered the Turkey sub. Sadly, it was bland with little taste. Cousins, came in last compared to Subway, Jimmy John’s, and Hen’s Deli.

The creepiest location I’ve ever been to. I want to see my food being prepared. Especially with the staff this place has. And don’t be surprised if you get robbed or car jacked walking to your car. Sketch area. When food finally did come out of some mystery behind the scenes operation, the bread of my sandwich was wet and soggy. I didn’t trust it at all. Entire meal went in the garbage. $15 to waste. Along with my time and energy. Never again.

I love Cousins. But this location sucks.
For one, the employees are no where to be seen. They hide in a back room and come out every like 10 minutes when an order is ready. I placed my order online and I am still sitting here waiting for my food or someone to talk to. Someone arrived and ordered 20 minutes after I did and got their food already. This is nothing like any Cousins experience I have had before. 45 minutes to make three subs? No way to ask about the progress of my order? I wish I wouldn’t have tipped in advance!
