We had ordered food online . Sent my son into pick it up . I had forgot food for the grand bab. So while was in inside We went through the drive through to get a kids meal .So he met us at the drive through. The manager actually asked us because their door was open if my son went in and took a box out of there. What I should’ve asked was if we stole why are we sitting in the drive-through waiting on a kid meal. The food was good . But we won’t beck.

Traveling back to W.V. from our home town visit we stopped for a quick bite to eat.I tried the new steak sandwich buttered garlic and it was very tasty just about all one could want,fresh ciabatta bun,plenty of bacon and steak. The curly fries were ok and the cheese sticks hit the spot. She had the classic roast beef and a side salad and reported both were very good . A good choice for lunch, the price point was a bit high but well worth the investment, ARBY’S you did it again. We got the MEAT!

At first I gave a 3 ⭐. My curly fries were cold that day and I never experienced that at Arby’s before I was pretty upset, haven’t been back to any of them since. But I was impressed with the owner for the fast response. I love Arby’s and they deserve 5 ⭐s every time. That one experience though me way off . Just wanted to explain myself.

It was great last time. This time, not so much. Watched the girl working the drive thru eating at the window. Ordered the turkey swiss sandwich and I had to come home and add more turkey to the two slices on there. Definitely not like the picture and not worth the price. Can’t go back because the register ran out of tape and she only gave us the top of the receipt.

At first glance, we thought this place was closed! Not one car in the parking lot… immediately got disappointed and figured the food would be horrible and not fresh. WRONG.
