This is seriously one of my favorite places to stop. Every time I go, I’m blown away by how good my smoothie is. The flavors are always on point, and the amount of protein you get makes it feel like an amazing value every single time.
Whenever I’m in the area, I make it a point to stop in, say hello, and grab a drink. The staff is always welcoming and the experience is consistently positive. I honestly can’t say enough good things — I’ve never had anything but great experiences here. Highly recommend!

I’m so excited they have Kombucha on tap! I got a howler of the concord grape flavor! So good! I also bought the caffeinator shake which was so yummy! I will definitely be back with friends to try more!

very delicious drinks, got a dirty alani with the witches brew and it was phenomenal, the person who took our order was amazing she was making conversation with us the whole time and made us feel extremely welcome, will definitely be coming back here and cant reccomend this place enough!

Island Nutrition is one of my favorite places for drinks out here! Would rather go here than to other places like Starbucks. If you’re looking for something good, I LOVE the organic cookie crunch (with extra cookie, and a scoop of GetLean, of course)
The owner is so friendly and he is always working hard to make this shop amazing. They also offer lots of other things like meat, salsa that was made by a local school teacher, and PB protein bites. They also have energy shots for wellness and smoothies to grab on the go. It’s worth the price you pay for a sweet yet healthy treat. Will come here time and time again whenever I’m in the Valpo area!

Lovely little local shop with a wide variety of products. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. I’ve had the Banilla, Skinny Delight, and PB&Jam and all three were excellent. I want to try more but I keep going back for the Skinny Delight! Simple but so delicious. Definitely will keep going back and spreading the word.

Always greeted with a big smile and kind greeting. My son spilled part of his smoothie once and the young man was more than helpful in cleaning it and even offered to make a new one.

The owner Scott is awesome and every one of his employees is great too. They have the best customer service and after going here for over a year they know me by name and even know my favorite smoothies. Their smoothies, protein balls and immune strength drinks are all delicious. He even sells Mitzner Meats which is really good, local meat. He sells local honey which I buy also. I highly recommend you stop here and see all the good stuff he has.
